Loved the space of the apartment as well as the furnishings, the location within downtown, and the breakfast at the cafe nearby. We had lived in Vicenza over a decade ago and this was wonderfully nostalgic. The staff at the restaurant where we did check in and breakfast was also superb.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. I’m using this text just for others to keep certain things in mind (although their description does a good job explaining this). You will have to park in designated public parking areas since the apartment is in the historic downtown so expect to pay for parking and to carry your luggage through the city and up the stairs. The reception is also at a cafe and not near the apartment but definitely within walking distance. WiFi can be improved since it rarely worked but we were outside of the apartment most of the day.

It's hard to pin point my favorite part of our stay in Vicenza. We actually rented both the apartments and they were both perfect for our needs. The apartments were very clean, accommodating, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location in the town was perfect as it was right in the middle of the town, easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, train station, bus stations, etc. It was great! To top it off, the daily gift cards we got to their restaurant, Cucu, was the best. We ate breakfast there daily and everything was so tasty. We had Happy Hour every day with appetizers and the food was delicious! We loved their hugo spritz'! The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us.

I had my parents with me and the apartments are on the 2nd level (3 flights of stairs), which was difficult for them every day.

Stayed only one night but the apartment was so stylish, big and comfortable. A nice touch were bottles of cold mineral water in the fridge and books about Vicenza's architecture. We were sent to pick up the keys in a nearby restaurant called Cucu which was great. The list of drinks and meals there is excellent so I recommend trying it. Staff is nice and professional and pays a lot on the details.I felt pampered. Breakfast was organized there also. The pancakes, sweet or savory, were delicious.

The location was extremely convenient for exploring downtown Vicenza and the rooms were beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the option of dining at Cucu restaurant and appreciated the full kitchen with generous supply of bottled water. The beds were very comfortable, and we were provided with an ample supply of towels and other amenities.

The apartment was quite cold in January, and it took a long time to get hot water in the shower.

Fantastic apartment at the heart of the city, right by the main piazza. My kids loved it, lots of space to run and jump. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We could visit everything within 10 min walk, perfect for a family with toddlers.

The street has limit traffic so the loading and unloading of things is complicated. The suggested parking is a 10 min walk.

Spacious apartment right in the middle of Vicenza. The family running the apartment and restaurant are fabulous. I wish we stayed longer and had better weather.

The building was being refurbished and the windows were covered by scaffolding, so we don't have any natural light. It will be magnificent when finish :)

Such a beautiful cozy apartment in historic building, fully equipped kitchen, water for your use, I was blown away with all decoration of the flat and Monica is very welcoming and cheerful lady) Breakfast was great also, in lovely cafe 5 min walk from the apartment. Highly recommended !

Wi-fi does not cover a kitchen zone unfortunately

The location was excellent close walk from railway station. 15 minutes. Just 1 door off the main thoroughfare so every thing was accessible in minutes. Apartment was huge 2 bedrooms fully supplied kitchen.

Nothing was an issue

The accomodatuons were very nice and well adorned. The breakfast was offered in a a very cute restaurant just a short walk away. They actually offer a credit off the menu items, which was not really well explained.

WiFi was spotty and they could use more electrical outlets.

Monica and the other staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was great- very close to the main square. The owner provided some food at their restaurant, which was an added bonus. we would stay there again!

we had trouble figuring out how to use the washing machine, but as Americans, we weren’t used to this kind. Not everyone would have this problem!
