Friendly & very helpful staff! They went above and beyond - carrying my bags up the stairs, making a dinner reservation for me, and even driving me to the train station when I couldn’t get a taxi. The attic room was charming, cozy and nicely decorated. I wish I was there in the summer to enjoy the balcony!

Attic room was a bit chilly but one wall is a sliding glass door so to be expected in January. Extra blankets were in the armoire but I didn’t see them until the morning.

Everything was perfect: starting with the location in a quiet area within a nice 10-min. walk from town center; the tasteful decoration of the house which highlighted its historic features and at the same time provided all modern confort (e.g. air-conditioning - which by the way we didn't use, as it was very pleasant sleeping with the balcony doors open); breakfast on the terrace; the kindness of the owner. Another plus: free parking in front of the house (ticket provided by the owner).

Very friendly, flexible and helpful host. Great location practically next to a restaurant and a church celebrating the traditional mass. A walking distance away from the railway station and grocery store. Good large breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy and the area is quiet. A very good base to explore Vicenza from.

We spent 2 nights in July 2022 at B&B Vicenza San Rocco, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Our host was really welcoming and helpful, he gave us a short overview of nice places to visit and advised us for restaurants, etc. The house is really charming and arranged with a genuine style. Its back is oriented toward the gardens of the city block, from where a peaceful and quiet atmosphere emerges. It was really hot outside when we were there, but the house remained cool, and air conditioning was there in case of need. The breakfast was really copious with a lot of choice, fruits, etc. But mostly we had it on the terrace over the house's garden. We would warmly recommend this place and thank Carlo for his hospitality.

Carlo was an excellent host who made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent served on a beautiful terrace which was surrounded by lovely flowerpots and a rose hedge along the length of the garden. The superb room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view from an outside seating area. Highly recommended.

we booked on very short notice, the host was very friendly and caring, he made us an amazing breakfast. The room and bathroom were great, with very comfortable big bed and a nice outlook and big balcony. recommend!

a great place for one or two nights, we were with two small dogs and a cat - the owner did not charge extra. nicely served breakfast. the owner Carlo kindly gave a card for free parking right under the entrance to the apartment. there is a small private yard for walking dogs. the room is small but very comfortable.

third floor. who cares - consider this nuance. I wanted to add cheese for breakfast, but the magnificent serving of breakfast on the veranda smoothed out this nuance

Very good location, walking distance to the city centre. We loved the hospitality of the owner, Carlo was very kind and warm. The highlight for us was also the breakfast, nice view from the balcony and a possibility to park free near the B&B.

Carlo was very friendly and helpful host, the loft was really nice with a peaceful view of the surrounding blocks and gardens. Air condition was a must during the summer days. Bathroom, breakfast, location of the house is great!
