Perfect location - right in the centre of the old town but tucked into a side street. It was good to have a warm welcome and efficient check-in. The room was of good size and the bed comfortable. The furniture and decor is old reflecting the historic building. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was a real surprise - excellent choices including egg/bacon. The rooftop terrace bar with far reaching views across the town and to the mountains is a lovely feature.

Maybe the bathroom could benefit from updating. The shower is very small but it did work ok.

Excellent location next to the Basilica and a short walk to tourist information point at Teatro Olimpico; we had 3 days and used the Vincenza gold card to visit 10 museums, including out of town Risorgimento/Resistance one. Both gold card and hotel excellent value. Some museums very small, you only need about 40 minutes to walk round, but the Andrea Palladio buildings are utterly amazing inside. Spacious room, comfortable bed, fabulous breakfast (small plate of scrambled egg and American bacon cooked to order) fresh fruit, excellent coffee. Quiet time to visit Vicenza but Angolo, Osteria Monelli and Venetos were recommended by hotel for food & all very good. Plenty of good cafes/bars for coffee/lunch pizza, glass of wine.

Nothing! We knew it was a quiet time of year because we couldn't find any walking tours around the city however the Vicenza gold card & guidebook from the tourist info worked perfectly.

The location was superb! It was close to all of the squares and you can walk to many tourist sites and to the train station. The breakfasts were absolutely Fantastic! The help with the am breakfasts were excellent! Vicenza is extremely quiet at night and we slept peacefully with the windows open in our room. We had a great deal of space and the beds were comfortable. The linen was soft and clean.

The parking directions for a person from America were terrible. I think that emphasis, perhaps in ALL CAPS would help a driver who is unfamiliar with the area would be extremely helpful. It was also a bummer to realize that we were unable to connect to Netflix or YouTube. The other bummer was one of the main reasons for staying there were the views in the add on this site from the rooftop bar/lounge. I feel that it would be a great idea to keep this open as long as weather is permitting of it. It was lovely weather during our stay and we were told we could be given the keys to go up there briefly but that would seem to lessen the ambiance or experience of the hotel.

Location is the hotel's greatest asset. Room is comfortable and everything worked. The employees were all very nice and attentive. Hotel has an elevator and showers for those who have limitations when moving around. The full breakfast offered was very good, A+... but at the same time, there are so many other places to eat in town around the corner that you may want to venture out once or twice to try them out. There is a lot to see in this town. Great shopping as well with excellent leather goods and fashions.

Parking was absolutely miserable! Not at the fault of the Hotel as it is a historic town... but be prepared to walk a lot and park far far away. It is NOT convenient to go here by car and this information could have been a bit more forthcoming.

Breakfast was exceptional, variety of the food was also wonderful. Staff at the breakfast room was very friendly. Service was quick. Best part of our visit! Location of the hotel in the middle of the old part of the city was also very good!

The room was really cold when we arrived. This shows that the staff was not well prepared for our arrival. If the weather outside is cold, there is no excuse blaming the city of Vicenza for cutting out the central heating 15.4. It was late to solve the problem when we complained for the coldness.

Great location wonderful breakfast. Rooftop lounge with great views. The best part about it was the staff, especially Francesca! I needed a drying rack as my laundry didn’t completely dry at the self-service laundromat that I found. I didn’t have time to wait for the hotel to do my laundry as I have been traveling for three weeks. I really needed to do some.Francesca showed up at my door with a drying rack, which was something this hotel didn’t normally provide, she was very patient with me and gave me a lot of good information

This is not a negative for the hotel, but I was surprised that there was no way for people to go to the opera in Verona, without paying a huge private car to bring you back, since the buses stop running around 10 PM and Ithe opera doesn’t normally finish till about 1 AM. Somebody with a little entrepreneurial spirit could put a business together, shuttling people back-and-forth. I ended up blowing off my last night room charge and renting a room in Verona, so that I could attend an opera during their 100 year anniversary at the Arena, I waited 10 years for that and I just didn’t want to miss it. It was so worth it!

Loved the breakfast and the young lady working the breakfast room. She was so nice and amazing? The shower was good and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, train station 10-15 minutes walking.

The walls are a bit thin. If you have inconsiderate neighbors (talking very loudly)as we had, you can hear everything.

A friend urged me to visit vincenza for its architecture. I was taken by the city's grace and the utterly central location made it easy for sightseeing My quiet, light filled, warm and spacious room made the stay very comfortable. The staff were impeccably helpful and the breakfast ample and delicious.

What I didn't like.. was having to leave

Very helpful reception staff who kindly allowed me to correct my error when booking and they made arrangements in advance for a sister hotel to store our bikes safely in their garage. Lovely breakfast. Great location for the very centre of the old city and right on the bike route.

The room is neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and professional. They offered me an adaptor during my stay. Breakfest here makes me feels like I'm at home. Location is also prefect.

I think it would be even better, if we could have access to the rooftop during day time. The view must be amazing in the morning.
