Very spacious room, comfy beds, safe parking on spot (with extra reasonable cost) in a closed garage, 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Very nice staff. Nice breakfast, no hot food but basic good ones (cheese, ham, hard-boiled egg, yogurts, fruits, cakes, croissants) + cold and warm drinks of course.

I chose this accomodation last minute because there were no alternatives at the same price level in the city centre. The hotel itself is nice, if a bit old fashioned but I do not mind that. The room was nice and everything about it. A/C worked well, hot water any time, wifi ok, breakfast adequate to the hotel - I appreciate the option to have the breakfast outside. What I think are the main issues are 1) the location, it is still a bit uncomfortable distance from the city centre (15min walk) and from the railway station (30min walk), but I accept that, it is not the hotel's fault and I chose it willingly. 2) the bigger issue may be that you can hear every sound that occurs in the hotel at night. I can say that between 11pm-7am it was absolutely silent and even with the open window I slept well as the district is also calm on its own. As long as the other guests are sleeping, it is ok. What was also a bit weird was the cleaning woman in my room by the time I came back from the breakfast (before 9am), unexpected time to have the room service this early, but no harm done, just a bit of waiting. I would come back, thanks!

Everything except the shower, where I slipped on the floor right at the b beginning of turning the water on, without having used any soap at all. Luckily I did not hurt myself. The staff did supply me with a shower mat, on request, but I chose not to use the shower after my earlier experience.

The tiles in the shower were very slippery when wet

Unique hotel with a.somewhat kitschy retro decor Good location, about a 25 minute minute walk to historic center. Very attentive and helpful front desk staff. Secure storage for bikes. Good breakfast but not if you are celiac.

Bedding was not good. There was only the bedspread and a sheet, no duvet or quilt and the bedspread was used by previous guests.

Service was good, room clean and comfortable. Great location in Vicenze - some great bars just up the road.

There is a very reasonable charge for very secure parking but not sure I saw this upfront. Not a worry and a good deal but just maybe wasn’t as clear as could have been.

Location is not in the city center but very close to the center (10-15minutes by foot) and in a very nice and quiet residential area. Underground garage is a bonus. Small fridge in the room, warm rooms (we stayed in January), nice breakfast, polite personnel prepared a great coffee for us everyday in the afternoon or during the day, good Wi-Fi. Elevator directly from the garage to the rooms.

Underground garage is very small so be careful while parking, and entrance is very steep. The artificial smell of the air refreshener in the room was too strong. There are no shops around the hotel, so buy everything you need in advance in shopping mall or city center.

Staff all lovely. Hotel very impressive. A bit Art Deco in its decor so all lovely.. Room and facilities all good. Location short walk into the city centre. We came by bike from Verona and could store our bikes in the garage which was great.

It was all fine really if perhaps the breakfast a bit limited but still all nice. Had coffee and brioche (croissants) and cheese and yogurt - so “continental” rather than fully cooked etc. - but no complaints really..

What a beautiful hotel! I will start with the people that work in this hotel ( from reception..check in ...communication...breakfast...the staff is absolutely great: friendly, professional, kind and helpful) the hotel is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Breakfast was great ( you can eat inside .. in the beautiful area next to the bar, or in the interior yard... enjoying the good taste paintings) Totally recommended!

Cute hotel, comfortable beds, super friendly staff! They have a parking garage (5€ extra). Location is good, it's around 15 min walk to the centre. Great stay for a night or two.

The breakfast is not that great, however, that was not a big issue for us.
