Very large rooms in the perfect location. Love the fresco ceilings and chandeliers. Breakfasts great and staff is amazing.

The room never got less than 24 C, even with the AC set to the lowest. Very large rooms and high ceilings may require more AC. It want quite uncomfortable, exactly, but it was cooler outside in August to open the windows after dark and let air in then the ac would cool the room. The rooms are also very sparse in decore and the architecture deserves a little more attention to details in more decoration and details. I mean these as constructive and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Location is probably the first point one will make. The hotel is in an old building, but very nice. Parking the car not for a junior driver, but the very friendly staff is there to assist and help. The room was big and offered enough storage space too. The breakfast buffet might be average, but the staff made up for it with excellent service.

Wow...this place is glorious. Our oversized room...with what felt like 20' ceilings was amazing. We had room for four and then some. Large dining table and beautiful windows onto the active street below. We also had a smaller room for my wife and myself which was lovely as well. The staff was so accommodating and helpful as well. Next time I go to Vicenza I'm staying here!!

Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful, location perfect and everything was clean!

Beds were quite hard and one night i could hear a chair moving a lot next door- this could be easily fixed by putting soft pads on the legs of the chair.

The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Vicenza, about 100 metres from Bisilica and 600 metres from the train station and about the same distance from the Teatro Olimpico. The hotel is ideally located in a beautiful area. The accommodation is modern inside, the rooms are clean and well furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful. The internal parking is ok, with the car being parked in a back yard by the staff. During our stay no negative things like noisy street etc.

Pleasant, cool quiet and stylish property with thoughtful and helpful staff. Perfectly located in the city centre.

The charge for water in the mini fridge! You don’t really expect that in a hotel of this type. Also (small point) a few more hangers in the closet would have been appreciated.

Decent - was fruit - ambiance of breakfast room is depressing. Eggs were on offer. Room large, clean and quiet - ac worked very well. Bed was very good.

Atmosphere is a little old fashioned - stark. Not a problem but not a romantic location. Good value.

The staff was particularly attentive. The staff at breakfast could not be more helpful and friendly. They provided almond milk for hot chocolate, an unbelievably generous gesture. The room was terrific. The bathroom was enormous. Parking was convenient. We loved this hotel.

The only negative was the minuscule soap. Upgrade to larger bars!

the staff was outstandingly helpful and friendly. The main reason why we enjoyed the stay that much. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The breakfast truly good and whatever one desired was prepared by a very friendly and skilful staff.

The breakfast was very nice, lots of good options. The only minus is that it stops at 10am which is not unusual but a bit early, especially on the weekend.

The wifi was spotty, and kept breaking off which made it impossible for me to work. The room decor was very bare, and quite austere. Considering the building's history and potential, the room was perfectly functional and in great shape but felt underwhelming design-wise.
