Basically an amazing hotel. Fantastic room - large seating area, great bathroom with double sink. The decor is exceptional and every area is stylish and individual. The location is perfect, very central, however there was hardly any noise disturbance. The staff all seemed fluent in many languages and could not have been more helpful. I’m struggling here - I suppose the breakfast could have been better, but it was optional, and we prefer to have a late coffee in town anyway !

The decor is quirky but very carefully chosen. Nicolas explained to us that the building was an old palazzo and that they had to refurbish carefully within strict parameters. For instance the breakfast room has the original marble floor. (Our bedroom was well laid out but we noticed that it only had one suitcase stand. Not wanting to risk scratching up a nice wooden table, we asked for another which was brought to the room in minutes.) The staff were brilliant.

Can’t really think of anything. (Initial impression of the outside upon arrival was slightly marred by the sight of scaffolding next door to the hotel but we found out that this was an adjacent dilapidated building that the city owns and is supposed to be renovating. Apparently there are a number of historic features that mean it can’t be demolished.)

Traveling with elderly family for a wedding, the Glam Boutique Hotel exceeded all our expectations, the rooms were equipped with all modern amenities one could wish, very clean and super comfortable. The bathrooms were a dream of design and comfort which was very important as we were traveling with our elderly parents. Simply everything about this hotel is superior, yet with a small boutique hotel feel. The staff was super friendly and even prepared a delicious breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for our flight. The location is also in very easy walking distance to the historic downtown with all its attractions, while the inside is quiet and tranquil. Monitored parking is available right across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to the beautiful city of Vicenza, with its charm and superior comfort level.

Front desk were attentive and accommodating. We had a great stay. Rooms were small but modern and very well appointed. Lots of extras. Loads of closet space and plenty of room for all of your things. Big bathrooms with nice toiletries. Beds were fantastic, the best we had in all of Italy in 30 days travel. Modern, quirky and interseting artwork everywhere in the hotel (your room, reading room, breakfast room) and there was a nice reading room with loads of intersting and artful content to keep you entertained. Breakfast was better than normal with great made to order coffees and lots of choices to eat. Cute coffee mugs too with modern tongue in cheek slogans on them. Location was amazing as it was walking distance to all the nice restaurants, Opera, Museums, Squares, shopping district and Palladio architecture. We love Vicenza and will definitely return. When we do, we'll be staying here! IMHO it's the nicest hotel in all of Vicenza!

Maybe don't heat the hallways? It was quite/too warm in the hallways. Maybe a little loud in our room at night with a local restaurant open til wee hours right next door. But nothing a pair of ear plug won't cure (which every traveler should always have just in case) and to no fault of the hotel. That's it! I can't think of anything else. We loved everything about this place and will definitely return when we come back o Vicenza.

Everything. Staff were lovely and very helpful. the breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with enough choice for everyone. Cooked breakfast was also on offer which were also very good. The location was excellent easy to walk to all the places of interest. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to get to plane, then bus to Vicenza and short taxi ride to hotel.

Very good position just outside the pedestrian area of Vicenza city centre. Excellent breakfast with fresh food, both sweet and savoury with the possibility of asking for omlette or similar. Staff very helpful and caring

The room are rather small, even though the bathroom is a decent size. Parking is awkward, but that would be the case anywhere in the centre of Vicenza. The hotel has a parking solution, but at 15 euros a day sounds a bit expensive

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Glam Boutique Hotel. The hotel is very lovely with a very unique and fun decor. The rooms were spotless and the beds were big. The breakfast was wonderful with freshly made cornetto, pancakes, waffles, rolls, all kinds of fruit, yogurts, cheese and meats. The staff were always very nice and helpful and ran the hotel very efficiently. Their recommendations for places to eat were wonderful too. And, we were within walking distance to most of the sites we wanted to see.

The staircase to the bedrooms was very dark. Maybe think about adding some low lights just to illuminate the stairs a little.

The staff treated us royally and the breakfast was fantastic. We were in a very large room because we were there so long but some of the rooms were smaller. The decor of 60's Pop was so much fun.

Absolutely fabulous hotel located just a few steps away from the historic centre. If you come by car, parking is in the blue zone starting just across the street, and with the hotel mark, you can even leave it there for a few hours after the checkout. I really loved the interior design of the hotel. Bed is just perfect, and everything smells so nice. Breakfast offers plenty of varieties and can definitely satisfy any taste. Staff was also really nice and gave us plenty of useful information.

I wish I could stay longer.

Top location. Very clean. Comfort big beds. Good for a good sleep. Also, the manager changed our room when we mentioned that air condotioner was not working. Great service.

Breakfast was good, but could be more improved (eggs especially). More simple variations of good scarmbled eggs would be better instead of “what is this croissant sandwich or what” type improvisations:)
