The accommodation was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable with modern air conditioning. Bed was excellent as was the bathroom. As well as the bedroom we had a separate breakfast room and we were provided with all we needed to make our own breakfast including a high quality coffee machine and fresh milk. The host was really helpful and recommended some excellent places to eat. Host responded very quickly to our queries via whatsap and allowed us to check in early on arrival. Location was perfect - bus stop to the station outside and a short pleasant walk to the city centre.

This is a really beautiful property, very central in this beautiful city, in an enchanting old building but with the best of modern facilities. A separate entrance makes it feel very private, and it’s extraordinarily spacious, with a private breakfast room and roof terrace (fabulous view) as well as the huge main room with an enormous and very comfortable bed, a big couch and relaxing chair. High ceilings throughout make it airy and ancient beams add character while wooden floors are complemented by beautiful rugs, and the decor and style are exceptional. The bathroom is modern and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is incredibly generous and delicious with a wide choice including fresh fruit and yoghurt, and the fridge was full of goodies including chocolate and a welcoming bottle of wine! We couldn’t have asked for more. The host, Giulia, was extremely welcoming and warm and ready to help us with anything—though everything was perfect! Also great air conditioning very welcome in the heat. Such a lovely place—we’ll certainly return again!

Accommodation was spacious and very well appointed. Our hostess was charming and very willing to offer advice and help. Breakfast was adequate with a reasonable selection of items. The upper terrace gave beautiful views over the city.

Fresh fruit for breakfast could have been riper and bread was not replaced for the second day.

A spacious and charming apartment in the roofspace of an old palazzo, including a belvedere on top. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast and coffee facilities, and a very kind, generous and considerate host.

Due to the situation on top of the building, the apartment is inevitably reached by a stairs – no lift.

Beautiful historical building in the heart of town and walking distance to everything you need. The owner was very informative about things to do in the area, restaurants and was very helpful!

My only comment would be that the the tv didn’t work for us and consider a smart tv so guests could watch something if they wanted. Not a problem for us but for some people I assume.

This is great place! Everything as promised and more. The host is very attentive person. Apartment, location, breskfast and the view from the terrace are highly recommended

We very much enjoyed the plentiful breakfast that was provided to us in the apartment; in addition, the fridge contained a welcoming supply of bottled water as well as soft drinks, beer and wine for our consumption! Our hostess Guilia was most helpful with local matters, and the location of this lovely old Palazzo on a quiet street close to the historic city center was perfect.

The host went to great lengths to ensure that we were comfortable and helped us orientate ourselves to the city. Great care and empathy. Much appreciated.

Location was amazing and the style and history of the apartment was incredible. It was also a huge size.
