The staff (Dennis, Rosana and Arun) is EXCEPTIONAL except for the "director" in the restaurant below, which is actually a different family-owned business. After staying here, 4 nights perfectly, we encountered the restaurant director on our "way-out lunch" who totally ruined a 10-star rating. Needless to say, we decided to skip lunch at the restaurant and eat elsewhere - the food was amazing on previous occasions. But the stuffy - director - not worth our time or money.

The pool is smaller than it appears. The fitness center is perfect, spa is good - everything you will need.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any questions you may have. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice, and they would also always ask if we wanted eggs made for us or omelettes. There is a bus stop right in front to the hotel that gets you downtown Vicenza and back. The hotel also has free parking, and there is a small convenience store right there in the same building, which was nice. The room was big and spacious.

The rooms, while big, are not updated at all, and they have a very annoying buzzer that rings EVERY TIME you open the door. The gym is also super small, with maybe 4 machines. Additionally, while we kept our dog in the crate when we were not in the room, the cleaning staff would not come to clean unless we were out of the room with the dog, which was very inconvenient for us and resulted in our room being cleaned only once in the whole week we were there.

Good hotel, about 30 minutes walk from the wonderful, historic old town of Vicenza. Parking good in a parking lot beside the hotel. Lovely greeting from Reception, very friendly. Clean comfortable room, good aircon. Super breakfast with very nice service and a chat with waiting on staff and family. Really enjoyed staying here.. Felt very welcome.

Its a bit of a walk to the old Town, which we enjoyed but if you were less able bodied you might think about getting a taxi to drop you off. Other than that, cant fault this hotel for the price, very fair.

The staff at the hotel was most helpful I've seen. The location was good. The little touches made all the difference.free access to the spa room.breakfast included and 5* service from the hotel staff. Also a very well stocked shop on the ground floor,free parking and the restaurant was top of the range,very luxurious,very attentive staff,big portions of food and very affordable.

Rooms were a bit dated but warm and had all the essentials needed included free bottles of water

Easy for parking. My kids enjoyed a lot the swimming pool when coming back from visiting different places. Everybody was super nice with us, particularly the young guy at the reception: he looked for information to organize a day at the mountains for us and the plan was awesome. Breakfast was also delicious

Maybe the maintenance of the places around the swimming pool could be improved

Great breakfast. Fresh made juice. Eggs to order. Wonderful staff. Very clean. Cleaners were wonderful. Nearby public transportation. The restaurant in the hotel is the absolute best quality to value in Vicenza. Was in the top 3 after three years. One of the best restaurants in Italy to be honest. From seafood to florentina steak.

Water wasn’t hot at night sometimes. Pillows were a bit hard and flat in our first room. They changed the room and were very accommodating. Close to train station but they have very good windows so the noise was barely noticeable.

We stayed at this hotel as it's very near to where our son lives. They provide a nice breakfast with different styles of eggs cooked to order. A good sized room with a nice shower, plenty of hot water. The restaurant that sits below the hotel, is one of the favourites of Vicenza with a good choice of food on the menu. While not being in the centre of the city, the bus stops directly outside the hotel which drops you off in the city centre. We will definitely stay here again.

The whole stay was amazing and I truly reccomend this Hotel to everyone. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, when we asked for additional duvets there was no problem with it and we got it immidietely. When we wanted to book a room for one night more there was also no problem with that, and the view from the balcony was beautiful - we could see the mountains. I couldn't write enough about the food and the breakfasts, I've never eaten such quality and tasty products. I highly advise trying some local dishes from Hotel's restaurant and shop. Also - don't forget to try their pizza! Localisation was also a big plus - the Hotel is located in the vicinity of main tourist attractions of Vicenza and you may take a walk and be in the city centre within 15min. You can park at the Hotel and the buliding of Hotel is very accessible itself, for example when you have troubles with using stairs - there is a lift that is avaliable from 0 lvl. Last but not least - the hotel stuff was very kind, attentive and helpful. Lady at the reception desk was very kind, polite, patient and helped us a lot. The same with the ladies working in the shop. I really appreciated very warm, family atmosphere of this place and for sure I will be coming back.

Fantastic stay here, the best place ever , staff could not do enough for us , glass off cool water on arrival, room was exceptional, fantastic facility jacuzzi and hot tub outstanding , breakfast was unbelievable, fantastic choice all you can eat, nothing was to much trouble for the staff , 100% recommend this hotel.

It was very nice. The reception is open 24/7. The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The bathroom had everything necessary: towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer. There was a spa with a pool and sun loungers on the large terrace. Tasty breakfast. Close to shop, restaurant, and the bus stop.
