We loved that they were able to accomodate us by putting our children's room right next to ours (connecting rooms would have been even more amazing). Everyone was so nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plenty of variety available. The facilities and our room were very clean and the water pressure in the showers was heavenly. We also appreciated being able to ventilate our rooms with safe open windows on days with lovely weather. Overall a truly great experience, and excellent central location to visit all the stops on our weekend get-away!!

Though the pillows and bedding were comfy, the mattress was a little on the firmer side for our taste ... I still slept very well, but my husband's back was a bit achey after two nights.

The ample free parking, refreshments for the guests, the size of the rooms with all the amenities to offer for your stay. The staff was amazing!

Breakfast facilities to host many guests at the same time is very limited when weather conditions are not allowing outdoor breakfast. Loudness of refrigerator and air conditioning during the night. Beds were mediocre even though room was upgraded to superior room.

Nice hotel located in the near of the highway. Breakfast was very good, fresh bakery, ham and cheese, great variety, not only sweets. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel is pet friendly. Unfortunately a dog was left next door for the whole night and was whining until morning. The staff tried to solve the case but couldn't reach the owners. An another room was offered on an other level.

I’ve been to few Best Westerns in the past and few of them in Italy as well but this one tops the rest. The staff are extremely polite and welcoming I was allowed to check in earlier and got the best recommendations for food and drinks in the city center.

Everything was wonderful.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. The hotel was in between Venezia and Verona so we did not hav3 to stay in the crowded places. Overall the hotel was a very good choice.

Not a single USB outlet in the room, that was very disappointing.

Great place to stay. Modern Lobby and very spacious rooms. The breakfast is good, and the bar is nice after a long day. Bathrooms are also modern and spacious. Very clean overall and hosts are exceptional.
