Clean and spacious bathroom; basic, clean and very correct room; helpful staff; breakfast is nothing extremely special, but can’t complain about it either - it’s ok, with different sweet and savory choices, and very important - good coffee

Ten minute walk to town and next to a soccer stadium so need to plan carefully to either miss the soccer crowds or be close to the action if you are a soccer fan. Nice reception staff and the rooms are bright, spacious and have all the usual amenities including a balcony. Comfortable bed. Good en suite with great shower and plenty of hot water. Rooms are not over heated as seems to be common in Italy in winter. Excellent buffet breakfast.

No nearby restaurants but only ten minutes or so walk away. The restaurant suggesteded to us by reception the Angolo Palladio was excellent . Definitely recommend for it's ambiance, location, food and reasonable prices.

Very nice hotel. Personal are friendly. I arrived very late at night and they told me that it is not an ordinary day becaise the parking space is full. I insist that i read that parking is included but as read it again, it is written there that it depends on its availability. I didnt want to leave my car on the street. The duty personal helped me to park inside the the parking of hotel but i needed to leave my carr key in the reception because my car is blocking the other cars. Im glad they allowed it and im very satisfied. Thank you

Spacious clean room with a balcony. A great surprise was the abundance of the breakfast for its good price, and the woman who was taking care of it was extremely nice and friendly. Parking was not an issue. 15 min walk to the Old Town.

The balcony could have used a good cleaning and a set of chairs and a table. The lack of a fridge was disappointing. The accessible equipment in the bathroom was not so comfortable - the toilet seat was too high, and the foldable chair in the shower cabin takes space. We would have preferred the regular triple room that we had reserved.

Breakfast is great. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect and there are a couple pizzerias open late within walking distance. Great value overall.

Parking can be a little challenging as there are few parking spaces adjacent to the hotel. There is a lot across the street you can park in for a 30€ deposit that you get back when you return the parking placard following your stay. AC doesn’t blow very cold but is sufficient.

Great place for one night stay, hence why we rented a small unit. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included many options, from scrumbled eggs to fresh vegetables and fruit. The front desk staff was very helpful with parking near the hotel. They made great recommendations for a seafood dinner. Vicenza had a home game (calcio). The flow of hundreds of people and the cheering in the stadium made us feel part of Vicenza.

That we didn't have tickets for the footballv football game

It is a hotel of a time, where you find staff that are experienced and knowledgeable. There was abundant breakfast and the ambient felt spacious. I had the sensation that staff would go the extra mile in order to help if necessary. The Wi-Fi was free.

I had a single bed that seemed a little dated however it was comfortable. Nonetheless I would definitely stay again at this place.

The hotel was very good value for money. Very friendly staff, very good breakfast, large terrace. The location is not the best, not in the heart of the old town where the main renaissance sites are, but we knew that when we booked it because of the good price and basic amenities. But the Teatro Olimpico, our main goal, is within walking distance - only about a kilometer and a half. We were very pleased with our stay.

The reception staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Our room had a small balcony with full opening door plus an opening bathroom window that allowed fresh air to circulate. Room was clean and bathroom amenities appeared to be relatively new and worked well. The hotel itself is both a reasonable walking distance with luggage from the train station and a short walk into the city centre. It is situated across the road from a football stadium however as there were no games scheduled during our stay the surrounding area remained very quiet. The breakfast room is a busy place with numerous options available to suit varying dietary requirements. A convenience store is located 50-100m away.

There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room but the reception staff will happily make you a beverage (at a cost) if requested. They will even deliver to the room. There was a vending machine located at the end of the corridor that dispensed snacks and water, however it was not working during our stay.
