Staff is amazing. The ladies in the restaurant remember my preference of coffee and bring it on their own. Very friendly and welcoming. Staff at the desk speaks well English and French Clean and comfortable. Dinners are always great.

Breakfast is good but needs a bit more variety of meats

Upon checking in we discovered a problem with our room, which we communicated to the staff. They acted quickly and moved us to another room, so the customer service was very good. Both rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast was good too and overall I have no complaints about the hotel itself.

Many reviewers mentioned this already and I have to agree with them - the neighbourhood is not great. The location itself is excellent (walkable distance to the city centre and the main train station), but there's a lot of dodgy men loitering about in the surrounding area, fights breaking out and spilling onto the street, etc., particulary in the evening/at night. Even travelling with my boyfriend, we felt uneasy walking around after it got dark

The rooms need refurbishment. They don't look nor feel like a 4 star hotel, probably did so 10-15 years ago. The room entrance door was bad and the rooms are very noisy.

Breakfast was very good. Underground parking is very convenient, and secure for car. Staff was very friendly. Position of the hotel is OK for the train rides to other towns. No complains.

The air condition can be noisy. The furniture is little old but serves purpose.

Everything. It's literally a five stars hotel masquerading as a four one. Staff is always super kind and accomodating at Every hour. Awesome parking. Classy clean rooms and beautiful roomy bathrooms. Also best continental breakfast for the price in Vicenza, I could sleep here just for that, been sleeping here for years and it never disappoints when I come to stay

Needs a lil bit more hot food for breakfast like sausages or something.

No bar or restaurent services outside 07-10 in the morning and evening. A bar with coffee and drinks from 10 am to 12 midnight can be a nice addition or at least some vending machines would be nice.

Breakfast is simple but good for the start of the day. We got a room upgrade which was nice, so a "grazie" for the staff here at the reception. Its 10-12 min. walk from the train station. I

One of the elevators wasnt working during our stay which of course is a bit annoying. But otherwise not much to add here.

اتاق خوب و مناسب بود شیشه باز کن برقی داشت طبقه مناسب داشت. اما ورودی هتل مناسب بنیود و میزهای مشروب و دیرک جمع آوری نشده بود و رها شده بودن و کثیف بودن . پارکینگ مناسب بود.

بارزبشن هتل هماهنگ شد که صبح ما رو بیدار کن تا به قطار اول وقت میلان برسیم که ایشون فراموش کردن یا سیستم هشدار را به ما توضیح ندادنکه چه طور کار می کند.

Great breakfast with a good offer of foor, parking garage included in the room price, the room was very spacious. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower door was had a damaged seal, so water can easily moisten the floor. Only 1 elevator was working and it was quite slow, so you might wait some time to reach your room or reception, or the garage.

Property was clean with some water damages. Room was huge for 4 people. Plenty of space which we love. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception always received with great professionalism. Waiting staff always pleasant.
