The hotel was in an area/environment that was off the beaten path in the country, but it was 5 minutes or less to the nearby mall and other amenities. It was away from the hustle & bustle (not on a busy street), but still very close to reach all needed and/or wanted amenities. 😊 The food (dinner as no other meals are served) was the absolute best meals we have ever eaten!! The portions are sizable and the taste of everything is exquisite!!! A fine dining experience in the comfort of a casual environment!! 😋 The staff, especially the owner Luca, were all incredibly friendly and accommodating!! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the welcoming committee (a very furry and friendly ol’ boy!)!!! 🐶 The water pressure (especially the shower!!) was like a fire hose!!! It was outstanding!!! I would be much happier with my *own* house if the water pressure worked so well!!! 😃

The shower stall (box) is a bit small, could be a bit bigger for more comfort, but not terrible, it’s efficient and workable. It would be preferred if the traditional bidet was more modern and part of the toilet to be used with more convenience. The “worst” and most “egregious” aspect we didn’t like was having to leave and not being able to live there permanently!! 😁

Clean , comfy, great room in a pretty location. Cute dog! Nice and safe and pleasant.

Staff could have been more friendly

It was beautiful and there was parking too! Space for a family/friends to get together and quiet compared to other busy hotels.

Hours of operation for the desk would be my only complaint. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Great little apartment. Two floors, one bedroom, one me bathroom, living room and kitchen. Stone doesn’t work in kitchen but that was fine.

Nice apartment close to Vincence. A lot of place and easy parking.

We did not find any bed sheet for the 3rd person but as we came back late, it was difficult to ask …

Couldnt connect to wifi I talked to the staff, they were so nice but they couldnt saulve the problem so we spend 3 nights without getting internet in the appartement
