Breakfast included in the price, tasty, no frills but fresh and clean - a typical hotel breakfast. Daily room cleaning, towel change - hotel service is fantastic. Pool great - never crowded, clean, with sunbeds and greenery all around. A bar with drinks and great service is a there. Food in the hotel restaurant is tasty. Nearby there is a large grocery store with all Italian specialties. The location of the hotel is very good if you travel by your own/rented car - many attractions are available in the area of ​​1 hour drive. The trip was fantastic - thank you very much!

The room was cosy, the breakfast rich, wide selection of different foods. There is a restaurant, even the opening hours and the menu is limited. However nice experiment to drink the cold beer open-air, near the pool. Parking is free, there are lots of places.

The hotel is just beside a golf club, and the parking of campers, therefore the noise of the surrounding area is not negligible. In my opinion a little disgusting is the price of the bath, the pool, which is 30 €/head... The pillow is too rigid.

The hotel was lovely for my work trip. Check-in was a breeze, the room was comfortable, the A/C was much appreciated, the pool was relaxing and the breakfast had everything I could want and more. Parking was also really easy and plentiful. There was a very friendly gentleman who worked the breakfast. I don't remember his name, but he was always there to greet my colleague and I with a smile and a cappuccino.

It was a bummer that the spa/sauna is closed during the summer, but I'm sure it does not get used much when it's so hot to make closing it a necessity. Otherwise, no complaints!

Nice hotel outside the city center of Vicenza in the quiet Creazzo area. The pool was nice to use during the week, when you didn't have to pay. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

You can hear the music from the pool in your room all day, so if you plan to be in your room during the day expect to hear Pop music. Didn't love that they asked us to pay for pool towels and to pay to use the pool on the weekends (if we wanted a chair).

I'm so happy I chose to stay at the GHV Hotel for almost 30 days! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel had a great atmosphere, and the pool was incredible! It was one of the best things that happened to me in my 35 days in Italy staying at the GHV Hotel.

Right from check-in, everything was a smooth and pleasant experience. The hotel was modern with quite and spacious rooms. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The amenities in the room met our expectations. The breakfast was good. There was provision for free and gated parking.

The location of the hotel makes it accessible only by private transportation or taxi. Other than that there was nothing to complain.

Amazing hotel, good situated… easy to travel with car to any other destinations where you need swimming pool great ;) but only open till 8pm but its ok… great of choice breakfast menu ;)

SPA was not open… but at least swimming pool was opened ;) very unclear what’s open or not on booking.com. We have expected all what we have seen on booking.com but only once we booked in an hour later we received email that SPA is closed… but we have found our own way to compensate… we were travelling from there to other places to see and local restaurants…

The hotel is really nice, the staff is very polite, breakfast is OK with good offer (good, not great, we have seen better, but it's good). Very clean rooms and the whole hotel. Parking is included in price which is very nice. Despite some small imperfections that can be easily corrected, we would recommend this hotel.

Sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable, if you are traveling with older children they will have back problem in the morning. Scrambled eggs for breakfast smelled really bad :-( we don't know if that is normal in Italy, we hope not...nobody had problems with that but us...just don't understand...eggs shouldn't smell like that unless they are rotten. Also it took a while for kitchen to fill empty plates. They are very stingy on bagels, and kids had to wait for pancakes quite a while every morning. I almost forgot to mention...empty, turned off fridge in the room is the stupidest thing I have ever seen...why for the love of God, why do you keep it there?!

Beautiful and confortable place! The real value of this property is the staff, the breakfast room made everything to make feel like home! I asked their name because they do a really good job!
