The front desk was 24hr which was perfect because we came in after midnight.

The bed was extremely hard and the ac did not work! The room was HOT that after breakfast we checked out quickly because I couldn't take the heat anymore. The breakfast could be better. Only had about 2 savory options and everything else was sweets (cakes, pastries...etc). The decor was very outdated in the rooms.

It was particularly hot in Vicenza during our stay. Unfortunately the hotels aircon couldn’t keep up with the heat. We had to sleep with wet towels.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Anything I asked for they had no problem helping me out.

Only thing I didn’t like was after day 1 I started to get ants in my room.

The hotel's lobby and room was really nice. The breakfast was superb and the staff was very accommodating. For the price, it was a great value.

There were weeds growing outside our room window on the balcony ledge.

Lovely hotel , everything we required from a hotel. Clean , peaceful , pleasant helpful staff, good food and drink . Had a lovely sleep in a comfortable bed , great breakfast . Parking by the hotel , lifts .

Can not think of anything I did not like , looked after well.

Breakfast was very good, coffee and croissants were perfect, only no fresh fruit Room was good. You can park in front of hotel or in garage - free

Nice, comfortable and clean room. We had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very nice.

I would say the cost is too high for the location

The room was particularly spacious with a good view. The bathroom was large. The room included good coffee making machines and a fridge with water. The bed was comfortable.

The location of the hotel means you either have to have a car, or be part of a group with a bus, or use local public transport. It's not very central. Walking from the train station took around 30 minutes, which is fine if you don't have luggage.

Old furniture. Problem with the shower all the time was turning automatically from cold to warm. It was like a Scottish shower 😂😂

The location is excellent and the free parking is very convenient since we are travelling by car. The personnel are very nice!

The only thing was the shower because the water was constantly changing from boiling hot to freezing cold.
