Overall it is good for the price. Most of the staff was super nice and food is great. Pool is a good extra, especially for kids.

One of the days nobody came to the room to take out the trash bin and refill toilet paper. When kindly asked at reception to send someone - young man offered me to take the trash out by myself and to give me a toilet paper on hands. It was funny since it was already after 5pm and we were on our way out for dinner. The trash bin was still full when we came back.

The staff was beyond accommodating and so kind! Breakfast was wonderful! Location was great!

The hotel was great! Booking.com is not. Dealing with booking.com was beyond frustrating and time consuming! I will continue to stay at this hotel as my position has me on travel in Europe 50% of my time. I will never again utilize booking.com to arrange work travel. Because of strict travel procedures that I must abide by, and a schedule that is subject to change (flights cancelled due to weather, orders being updated/changed, etc), working with booking.com was a nightmare experience!

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities and an excellent restaurant. Reasonable parking and a perfect location for my purposes.

The rooms are rather spartan, and the beds nothing to write home about- small and rather too soft. Bathroom was excellent though, and in truth, it's a place to sleep- who wants to hang out in the room when there are such excellent facilities?

Pool-Fantastic. Female pool attendant did excellent job of maintaining entire pool area. Breakfast decent, but could use more variety. Restaurant excellent, but closed weekends. Loads of parking. Wide variety of TV channels. Staff super friendly especially housekeeping. Wi-Fi Superb!

Apartment rooms very dated and in need of renovation and shower needs updating. Cookware limited and old. Pots scratched and burned in.

Despite the size, it appears to be a family run place, with all of the staff being very kind and helpful. Good sized pool.

No scrambled eggs at breakfast. The bottles of water provided in the room were not free, and there was little signage to indicate that there would be a cost for using them.

The price is good. The room was very clean. Good location (near the highway). Parking available.

No additional blanket in the room. I had a better dinner experience. Their restaurant is closed on Saturdays. The staff did not seem to bother much about this. They just told me to look for something on Google Maps. I could not get a pizza delivered, so I went to the mole opposite the hotel, but it was completely crowded and nobody spoke English. Luckily I had some sandwiches left from my lunch in my car.

Booked two rooms for family holiday and both were ideal. Very comfortable rooms, spacious with excellent air conditioning. Particularly liked the fridges for cold drinks etc. Although restaurant was closed for most of the two weeks it opened towards the end of our holiday and it was very good. Large swimming pool which never got very busy. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were polite and friendly. Hotel was kept clean. Pool maintenance was excellent too.

Breakfast is a plus! Very good variety and they keep constantly putting new food. Very clean and with a lot of choices!! Also they have in the facilities a great restaurant named AL Company, all delicious too and reasonable prices!! Service at the hotel and restaurant over expectations!

Clean, great location next to a mall. Friendly staff. Decent European type breakfast. Nice pool! So easy to get to the nearby military installation. Will definitely choose this hotel again for the future!

Hotel was full and parking is split in front and back.

Definitely the most hospitable stay that I have experienced recently! We felt very welcome, the restaurant and the food were amazing, and we even got a bigger room than the one we originally booked. Big shoutout to the hotel staff, we'll gladly book our stay again, should something bring us to Vicenza!
