Lunch and dinner were amazing. Antipasti alone would suffice for a descent meal. Great salad bar. Different menu every day. Sunbeds are always available at the pool area. You are given a handy bag to take your stuff to the pool. Parking included. Overall a good stay. We left happy.

Even water is extra paid for lunch and dinner. Surprisingly old and ugly corridors while rooms and pool area is descent. Regular keys for the rooms (not cards). Small elevator. Uneven floor in rooms ;-) Minimal gym. As most of the guest are in their late 60ties or 70ties not much entertainment (however that might be a good thing at the same time). Small pool outside, not designed for swimming. Although we did successfully swam in it. Only people that speak any English are at the reception. It didn't seem to be a problem though. Everybody is very nice and willing to help.

Staff is nice, the food gets better and better. Perfectly clean all around. Will come back for sure.

In the pool area, many button switches don"t work. Some maintenance is needed. I didn't like the lock of the balcony door, that lockes by itself. As a foreigner, I was not familiar with such lock and had a scary moment because of that. :D Many thanks to the nicest lady from 1st floor, who helped me!!! Next time I will be more cautious ;)

The pools and the area around the pools was so relaxing. It was nice and quiet and the pools had many different jacuzzi and massage features. The AC in the room was very efficient and keep the room nice and cool. The room supply a lovely bag, towel and robe for use at the pool.

The lunch and dinner options at the resturant were not great. Luckily there are some nice cafes and resturants nearby.

In general, the hotel more than corresponds to its 3*. The rooms are quite comfortable, the mattresses and pillows are new orthopedic, the spa area is designer and the most modern. From the outdoor pool and restaurants there is a picturesque view of the park and Duomo dei Santi Pietro ed Eliseo

Of the minuses, despite the fact that the spa complex looks the most modern and elegant, it is not the most convenient and functional. Also, its cleanliness and compliance with sanitary standards are questionable. (At the time of opening (8:00), the pool area was not cleaned).

The staff were so lovely, helpful and polite. The food was very good. We booked in for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a little rushed but still enjoyable. Gorgeous pools.

We booked a standard room and although very clean and the beds were comfortable it was very dated and quite shabby. Although we had a terrace it overlooked all the pipes for the pool and the terrace was very dirty so that spoiled it a bit.!

Clean, comforfable bed, pool area working till 23h, so there's time to go out and about and make it to the pool in the evening hours

To access wifi one needs to accept hotel's privacy policy, which is available only in Italian, and not all.guests speak Italian

I had a wonderful time. Great pools, excellent food, nice surroundings and genuinely kind people work there. Loved the old-school feel! My single economy room seemed perfectly fine to me. I would strongly recommend full board, so you can just relax and have a carefree stay. For lunch and dinner they offer starters buffet, choice of primi, choice of secondi and dessert buffet. I'd love to come back!

Construction going on outside, but they have to do it some time, and I got a great bargain. It did not bother too much, just can be seen. Some better signage would be helpful.

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was excellent. This has become our favorite Terme hotel in MonteGrotto or Abano. The pools are large and clean as are all the facilities. The food was also excellent -- especially the breakfast. Our double room was the perfect size. We will go back to this hotel.

This was my second stay in Eliseo Terme. I had to come back because I needed to relax and feel pampered for a change :) Eliseo offers everything I am looking for. Friendly and hospitable staff, good food, swimming and relaxing in thermal water, cleanliness. This time I learned that Montegrotto is perfect for hiking as well. So much to see in the area! I will be back soon. Grazie to all the wonderful team!

I loved the thermal pools and the availability of spa treatments. My two massages were just what I needed after days of travelling. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxed, there was no need to leave it although I went for little walks.
