I like the rooms, resort and buffet.

I like the rooms, although I got confused cause I got 2 rooms for the 4 guests instead of just one. When I contacted the reservation, they said that there is no "driver's quarter", so I booked another room. However, they won't cancel the other room when I got there. They said both rooms are already paid and reserve. That was the only sad thing about the booking ahead before facing the front desk in person.

The casitas is amazing. Clean, spacious, and worth the money.

We arrived early so we can make the most out of what we paid but was able to get into our casitas 15-20min late. Said they're still cleaning it up. I wonder why it took so long when I know customer's check out is at 12pm. Also, they had us pay for the hand towel that was mixed with our laundry after we the swim. Looked like they wanted us to open our luggage just to get that "small" towel. Not so friendly...considering we paid extra 2 pax without any hesitation.

Staff are friendly always greet the guest whenever you see one. The rooms are big can accommodate 4-5 pax and still spacious😊.The AÇ in room 305 is working but you can tell it needs maintenance since you can hear a mild sound coming from it but still tolerable dahil malamig parin sa room which is very important for me. The view was amazing since its Beach front with Mountain View and the way it was peaceful and serene! There is a feel of exclusivity since it was somehow secluded! All nature lover will enjoy this place like what I did since I’m a home body I don’t do hopping or water sports but in all fairness they have playground area for kids, kayaks, volleyball area and they also have their own resto inside the property. The free buffet breakfast for two was ok nothing spectacular.

The beach area has lots of stones/corals so you need to be very cautious if you want to swim or you will surely gets a-lot of cuts like what I did, though there is a proper or enough caution signages. The pool area has a nice view but not big enough to accommodate more guest it can get crowded. Taste of the food was so so and a bit pricey they don’t have much of variation to choose from and I think limited resto crew since they can’t process orders fast or Can’t accommodate what’s not in the menu/day

We like the location because first, the property is in-front of the beach. We liked the infinite pool and the staff are very nice to us. Also, I appreciate the lifeguard as he is very hands-on to us as guests.

Sorry but the food is not delicious.

The staffs are super friendly and approachable. First time to see 5-star hotel type of service in a resort here in Philippines. The food they are offering are really good, and the are located in a beautiful area in Subic.

The food pricing is understandable but the alcoholic drinks are way too expensive. I hope they can reduce the pricing.

Space was luxurious. Away from the city hussle.

I had to re fill out forms at the counter when all my details are already provided via booking.com. to me was such a waste of time.

The cleanliness and good smell of the room upon entering the room.The whole staff was very accomodating and friendly.

There’s a lot of stones on the beach swimming area, you might get hurt if you swim carelessly and accidentally steps on rough stones.

Breakfast in our 3rd day was less good then the other days, eg no toast, jam etc , likely due to less visitors

The room was properly spaced. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The attention to details was outstanding and it was clear that the staff was dedicated to making sure our stay was enjoyable. I am referring to the waiters in the restaurant.

Limited water activities.

Clean facility and accomodating and diligent staff. Makes one feel at home.

The bathrooms need to be updated. The food should be improved especially the breakfast buffet.
