The parking was secure with a security guard on site. The staff were really nice and helpful. Perfectly acceptable accommodations that suited the requirements.

Although there was a flat-screen TV in the room, I thought that if money were to be spent on upgrades, it should have been spent on the mattresses before the TVs. The truth is that this place is a little worn and new mattresses are overdue.

This was a very clean hotel with a spacious room, and in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of the train station. We also liked the fact that Patongko (dough sticks) and coffee were provided free of charge in the morning.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was very quiet and comfortable.

- Not great breakfast options at the adjacent cafe - The rooms were cleaned during the stay. Bottles of water were left outside the room.

If you're staying in Ratchaburi then this is a nice place to stay at. You're located near the center and are able to enjoy Ratchaburi in all of its glory. The rooms are average sized, and offer a nice few of the city. The staff is very kind and friendly, their english is very good as well.

Although our room was on the fifth floor, we still had a bunch of small insects in our room. In additon to that, there was no real room service...

The hotel is located near the downtown area. Its also near the main train station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Its a good place if you want to relax.

When traveling off the tourist trail. Its can be hard to communicate with staff. I was just asking simple questions in English and the staff had troubles with any response or answer. Its not there fault though.

The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were helpful and understanding.

Don't have breakfast. But there's coffee, so it's ok.
