Room is quite basic, spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of power sockets to use. No problem with its Wi-Fi connection. Nice pool with a jacuzzi, overlooking the lake and hills. Friendly and polite reception staff. Very pleasant surrounding, enjoyed the stroll around the lake. Free bicycle to use for roaming around. There's restaurant and cafe a short walk away, so there's no need to drive into town for a meal.

Lack of clothes hanger. Holder for shower head starting to fall apart, and the water is quite weak. Item stated on the minibar list doesn't match with physical item. I think some staff at the breakfast area should don on their masks, and not showing their unhappy face which is so obvious.

The location is amazing , the restaurant does some of the best food you could eat in Thailand, the cafe is out of this world for cakes and ambience

The free breakfast is pretty disappointing if I had to pick at something , and the electricity and Aircon went off both nights so I woke up sweaty

Awesome view and swimming pool: surrounded by a beautiful lake with great view of the sunset. Clean and new infinity pool that overlooks this view. Clean and big hotel room with balcony: Japanese style decor, minimalist and clean. Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cafe within compound. Nice little locations around the compound to take loads of nice photos.

Aircon unit is a little noisy but bearable.

The hotel start renovation for another room near by since 8.30 am. It was very noisy and disturbed the sleep in the morning. In fact, any renovation should be done in the afternoon or when the guest checks out, and definitely should not be done in the morning. We stay here to take a break from work and relax, everything is good except this. NEVER AGAIN

Very scenic, quiet getaway. whole resort felt very exclusive, great atmosphere throughout the day, especially evenings.

Hard to get grab from hotel as it was about 15km from city center, would be better if we drove/ had personal transport

Pathway from hotel restaurant needs to level as time has pushed pavers up and lights need to be on of nighttime

The locale. The infinity pool. The peace & quiet.

Eating/drinking areas away from accommodation, espec if raining. No bedside tables & lack of bathroom hooks etc to hang towels.

Everything, the vibe the view and the bed is comfy. The price is a bit high, but based on what I got I am very happy.
