Very little in fact. Toilets in the attached restaurant were not clean, however, staff were fine.

Very friendly staff, rooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. Basic but cheerful and was all we needed.

The location means it is a 30 minute walk to Auch and the pedestrian provisions aren't brilliant outside the hotel.

Grill Restaurant near hotel. Breakfast was good, had juice, yoghurt, fruit, cakes, cheese, ham, sausages and scrambled eggs.

The poorly maintained car parking area near the entrance . It’s a muddy area and needs a good coating of gravel to improve the area. It looks a mess, especially when it is wet and everyone who uses the area ends up with mud on shoes, dogs feet, trolley wheels, suitcase wheels etc. The outside area needs a thorough clean up and lots of rubbish lying around should be thrown away. The entrance gates need some lights indicating it’s the IBIS entrance.

Lights in the corridors do not turn on automatically - you have to find a switch (in the dark) to turn them on. The surface of the road/parking surrounding the property has many potholes and the parking area is covered in dead pine needles and leaves. The whole outside area needs to be tidied up and improved.

Our reservation with booking.com had not filtered through to the hotel and in fact never did. The member of hotel staff made our arrival after the death of our sister that same day very unpleasant. He kept us waiting at reception for 30 mins and shouted at me when I suggested cancelling the apparent phantom booking and starting again. He knew we had just bern bereaved and showed no concern or compassion just panicked and complained. He eventually allowed us up to our rooms but in the morning our reservation was still not there. Not handled well.
