It was quiet, small bro

When they come and clean your room, they do not check if you have pets. They will leave the door wide open. Put a towel in front of it if I wasn’t there, I would’ve lost my cats because when they cut the vacuum on, it scares the cats. I’ve had those cats for 10 years. If they would’ve got out, there was nothing I I could do because how can you prove they let your animal out they need to be notified if the customer has left or if they have any pets in there it should be secured. I do not feel like that was a concern with this company.

The #1 best thing was the bed. It was so comfy I wish I could have taken it home. The breakfast was adequate not great. The room was very clean. I didn't see a single hair anywhere in the room.... I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and found hair. It was very convenient on/off the interstate to access everything we wanted in Nashville without the expense of a Nashville hotel.

The $100 deposit isn't refunded until housekeeping clears the room which is long after the guests have left. By then it is your word against theirs about the state the room was left in. I don't agree with that. If they won't refund your deposit until the room is cleared then the housekeeping staff should review the room at the point of check out so the credit can be given at that moment.

I liked how friendly the front desk person was when I first got there. Explained all the details well. The area was safe and peaceful. It is also central to many shops and stores that you might need. I liked that breakfast was included (I didn't know from the booking)

One towel I picked up had an old stain on it. There is no central light to brighten up the room, only lamps. The soap dispenser was usable but a bit wobbly broken. Breakfast options are very limited.

Clean! Good air (on one of the hottest days so far this summer). Friendly staff. Bed was VERY comfortable...slept great! Quiet environment. Plenty of outlets for charging your phones, etc. Compared to the prices of other area hotels...a GREAT bargain. If we come back to this area I definitely would stay here again without a second thought.

Neither my wife or I can think of a thing to list here. I don't think this has ever happened before!

I like the location close to the main highway. My favorite grocery store is across the street. Restaurants, a convenient store, and the gas station are seconds away. The atmosphere is very peaceful.

It did not have the double layer of door security. The top latch was broken off, and small metal hooks were used to keep the plate screws in place.

LOCATION U COULD WALK TO EVERYTHING

ROOM WAS OKAY BUT BED SHEET HAD STEAKS OF UNWASHED BLOOD AND A BLACK HAIR, BUT YOUNG MAN WORKING THE DESK WAS SO KIND AND APOLOGIZED AND IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT CLEAN SHEETS AND HELPED ME MAKE THE BED. THEY DEFINITELY NEED ANOTHER WAFFLE MAKER DUE TO HEAVY TRAFFIC AT BREAKFAST AND ONE MACHINE IS NOT ENOUGH BC THAT IS THE MAIN ATTRACTION.

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was nice to sleep in. It was in a great location and I could get around easily. It has great place within walking to eat and shop.

The pillows were uncomfortable. As for the breakfast, it was not that good. The waffle maker was not working right. Then there was NO fresh fruit for people wo may not be able to have all of the sugar items that they had. There was no butter, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese. It was not good for anyone but at least I could have dry toast and milk. They should make the hotel off limits to anyone smoking marijuana because they had a lot of people who got into fight with others do to doing drugs.

It was a nice place, not too big but just enough for what we needed. I wouldn’t mind staying here again for the purpose which we did. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Could’ve had a few minor repairs done to the bathroom, maybe some updating or sprucing up, and the outside of the building wasn’t exceptionally clean (grounds not well maintained), but nothing too bad!

Extremely clean, service was top notch, daily cleaning was impeccable. Honestly, I booked it for work, and chose it only for the low price, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the place is. Even the pool was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely book the same place when we return.

The receptionist was excellent and the room was better than I had expected for the price. Comfortable beds, clean, never smoked in room, with a full bathroom. Outside there is a pool that is kept very clean and the immediate area as well and at night it's lit up like a stadium.

The only thing I could come up with that would be negative is one of the lamp shades showed clear signs of mildew. This is not a Hilton and that's completely understandable.
