We stayed for over a week at this hotel. It was great to have a pool for the kids. We all loved the breakfast and everything felt very hygienic. The reception staff was all lovely and really happy to help. The location is close to the highway, but set away enough from the busy street that it was quiet. Overall this hotel was pretty much exactly what we wanted.

The pool is old. Still great to have though and a nice temperature. By far our biggest complaint was with the housekeeping. After the first two days of our stay they just stopped coming, whether we were in the room or gone all day. We had to ask for new towels multiple times and once we came back to one bed made and the other ignored🤷🏻‍♂️ confusing. We should have complained at the desk, but were really busy so we let it go. The other issue at this hotel is ventilation. Because there were four of us in a room showering and lots of swimsuits drying, it became extremely humid. The bathroom vent was just a vent, not a fan. The window also only opened a crack so unless you crank your AC all the way up all the time it was really bad air.

Pros: Breakfast was good. The front desk lady in the night was great, friendly and engaging. Check out was noon, which was generous(other places its like 11AM).

Cons: (not deal breakers though) The breakfast room was a little small when there was a crowd. There can be more BF options such as bananas. The hotel location was little hard to find because the turn from the main road is tricky if you are unfamiliar with it. We could hear the people from the upper floor walking and jumping(probably kids) clearly. The bathroom didn't have a fan to suck the moisture out, so it accumulated on the mirrors.

Really need to rearrange breakfast aisle so it doesn’t get too crowded. Waffle maker is the first thing you run into and that’s where everybody gets jammed up. Bread and toaster need to be a little bit closer to each other first thing you come to is the toaster but then you gotta go down farther to get the bread and now you got a double back to get to the toaster need a actual coffee maker not coffee dispensers Chairs, or rather uncomfortable hardback wood chairs they don’t slide well on the floor fitness room need something other than two treadmills

I had called a few days before my stay and asked which rooms had the jacuzzi I had been informed the rooms no longer had them when I arrived I asked when they had gotten rid of them and the front desk agent at check in who was so nice deserves a raise and more said we had gotten one. It made my day and she was super nice.

It would have been nice to have a better breakfast selection instead of sausage two days in a row. the hotel is beautiful but needs little tlc the carpet in front of our room door was looking worn down the stopper in the jacuzzi needs some fixing and the house keeper could have been less stingy with the coffee and creamer packets!

The front desk lady was amazing. I forgot to bring milk for my toddler's night time milk and she graciously gave me milk for my baby. I was impressed by her kindness. She was so sweet but I dont remember her name...maybe in her 30s, braids, pretty. I hate that I didn't get her name. Check out was smooth and breakfast was delicious! The biscuits were soft and buttery.

The smell of the room was a little off but I told them about it at check out, it wasn't a deal breaker. Just smelled like wet dog...

I love that the room was spacious and clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. My grandkids enjoyed the pool, and it wasn't overcrowded. The check-in and out were fine. It was a pleasant stay. I would book again .

I was some disappointed in the breakfast,it was not as it appeared on the website. It was okay, not great. The parking was crowded. If you left, you may not have a parking space upon your return. It needed more handicap space.

The staff was nice. Especially the woman who works in the evening at the front desk. I felt really bad because I spilt my drink in the elevator and we laughed about it. I was nervous she’d be mad about it. But we joked. She’s super nice!

WiFi sucked. I had to do school work and couldn’t do it in the hotel had to go to a Starbucks to do it. So that sucks instead of being comfortable in my room I had to be out and not relaxing.

One of the overnight girls, on Thursday night, I asked for pool towels because there were none, and she was quite rude when I told her I had 4 kids in there and she only gave 3 towels. She asked that I bring dirty, soaked ones up to her. Which I did, along with the basket of towels that were in pool room. I understand they might not do laundry but she could have asked house keeping in the morning to do it or given me a room towel to make up for not having anymore pool towels.

Upon arrival staff member Naiyah, greeted us with a genuine smile which set the tone for a great stay experience, checking in was quick and easy. The location was right off the highway and close to the shopping mall and dining area. The cleanliness, nice size pool. The rooms were spacious,very clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Breakfast had a nice selection.

No hot tub.

Excellent breakfast; great variety of choices! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very spacious; beds were comfortable; loved the pillows. I can't think of one thing I'd change. No complaints from our group.

I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer.
