The #1 best thing was the bed. It was so comfy I wish I could have taken it home. The breakfast was adequate not great. The room was very clean. I didn't see a single hair anywhere in the room.... I've stayed at much more expensive hotels and found hair. It was very convenient on/off the interstate to access everything we wanted in Nashville without the expense of a Nashville hotel.

The $100 deposit isn't refunded until housekeeping clears the room which is long after the guests have left. By then it is your word against theirs about the state the room was left in. I don't agree with that. If they won't refund your deposit until the room is cleared then the housekeeping staff should review the room at the point of check out so the credit can be given at that moment.

I liked how friendly the front desk person was when I first got there. Explained all the details well. The area was safe and peaceful. It is also central to many shops and stores that you might need. I liked that breakfast was included (I didn't know from the booking)

One towel I picked up had an old stain on it. There is no central light to brighten up the room, only lamps. The soap dispenser was usable but a bit wobbly broken. Breakfast options are very limited.

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was nice to sleep in. It was in a great location and I could get around easily. It has great place within walking to eat and shop.

The pillows were uncomfortable. As for the breakfast, it was not that good. The waffle maker was not working right. Then there was NO fresh fruit for people wo may not be able to have all of the sugar items that they had. There was no butter, yogurt, bagels with cream cheese. It was not good for anyone but at least I could have dry toast and milk. They should make the hotel off limits to anyone smoking marijuana because they had a lot of people who got into fight with others do to doing drugs.

The receptionist was excellent and the room was better than I had expected for the price. Comfortable beds, clean, never smoked in room, with a full bathroom. Outside there is a pool that is kept very clean and the immediate area as well and at night it's lit up like a stadium.

The only thing I could come up with that would be negative is one of the lamp shades showed clear signs of mildew. This is not a Hilton and that's completely understandable.

Marie and staff were awesome! I was traveling with my wife, brother and sister in law. My brother in law took ill the first night we were there and we had to cut our travel short. Marie, was very understanding with the situation, and helped us modify our reservations at no cost. The hotel was clean and the price was amazing. I recommend to everyone to stay at this location when visiting the Nashville area! Andrew Spanos

The people that work there were so sweet, The room was quite and nice. Beds were Compfortable and clean , kroger Grocery store across from us and gas. lots to do during the day. much fun. we will be back 😀

The value & location were good for my Vanderbilt University business.

Free breakfast was OK but limited. The coffee was good. The raisin brand was healthy for me. However, my diabetic co-worker needed more protein than available. Please consider offering protein bars as an option at breakfast.

Check in was fast, and the staff was friendly

The room said it was handicap accessible, but my wheelchair got stuck going in and out the door every time, and it barely got through between the desk and the bed.

The staff the young guy that was at the desk gave me a room far away from my car I had to walk to the other side of the building just to get to my room the parking was horrible but it was parking it just not close to my room and it was cold

Got a clean room and a comfortable bed for a restful night with a nice enough breakfast to continue on to Chicago for a funeral.

The appearance of a chair in the room. Showed signs of efforts to clean it from the use of it over a period of time.
