Everything was good, spacious rooms, super clean, complete TV Channel, and cordial staff. Overall 10/10

Brenda at the front desk was rude. Couldn’t get us checked in along with other customers. While waiting for her to figure out our booking. A gentleman came in and she told him he had the wrong place he ask if she could tell him where it was she told him no to look on your phone for it . The gentleman told her I only have the picture and the name . She finally gave him an address. The thing about that it was the other Country Inn by airport. My guess she probably shouldn’t be in customs service

When you walked in it was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel also offers a shuttle service into downtown, which is great, as parking and traffic can be a bear. The staff was fantastic at offering suggestions for places to see and eat. If you are going to the Grand Ole Opry, the price is right and it is close. There is a great place close by called the Music City Cafe, a must if you are staying here. A big shout out to the staff, everyone was fantastic! This will be our preferred Nashville stay from now on.

The only thing that would make this hotel better is a hot tub, but that is just my personal preference. Otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay here, very close to downtown and loved how close the place is to the mall/opry. Staff is kind and work hard to make sure you are doing well throughout your stay. Room was cozy, very quiet area. Breakfast was tasty and I can't complain. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will be back!

Honestly, no complaints. It's always so hard to point out the negatives, looking back on my stay, I feel that there was nothing bad about the stay that was out of my control. Things happen and the staff made it right :)

I feel like the staff make the lobby engaging and comfortable. it wad decorated attractively for Christmas and it looked like you were going somewhere less anonymous. There is a nice work desk, at least in the room where we stayed and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast choices are more expansive than many motels.

The rooms are dark and need more lamps or other light, particularly when you have to do work there.

Spacious room, for 2 adults, with a queen size bed. Excellent shower pressure. AC worked perfectly. Big screen TV. Mcds 20 seconds away, Bob evans 20 seconds away, logans roadhouse 2 min away.

There is no working bathroom vent when taking a shower. When the toilet was flushed, it made a screeching sound. It is not a convenient location when needing to go to a grocery store or shopping in general (most stores were 15-20 min away).

It was very close to where we needed to be each day. There were several restaurants within walking distance to the property. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a few maintenance issues that should have been taken care of previously, I.e. toilet seat cracked and pinching, carpet in front of the air conditioner very wet, refrigerator froze everything.

Location was great for us as our stay was all about Opryland and the Grand Ole Opry so we could walk there an back. Great choice at breakfast good hot coffee. Staff were lovely very helpful.

The shower....water pressure was great and the water was always hot but the head was stuck at an angle that meant I had to stand at the other end of the bath and there was no smaller detachable unit. From being in other hotels in USA I'm learning this is the norm but I don't personally don't like it. The bath is not deep enough to enjoy.

I Loved that I was able to use an HDMI to connect my game to the TV. I was very satisfied with the location of the hotel and the cleanliness! I also appreciated the Washer and Dryer. They worked just fine.

The woman at the counter wasn’t always present when I needed her. And unfortunately there was not a turkey sausage option. My family can not eat pork and we’re hoping to have another meat option. I was not happy that there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Our room was awesome we had a suite living room and bedroom and the bed was really soft and comfy our room was clean and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was good you can't beat a nice glass of oh and a waffle in the morning but my favorite part was how cozy the whole place was and they had it decorated for Christmas and it was just really amazing and staff was so very nice to us. I definitely will be back to this hotel.

There wasn't really nothing I did not like maybe it being a bit warmer in the hallway for my liking but that won't stop me from coming back
