This hotel is excellent! The decor, the easy and quick communication with the management and the easy steps to follow for self check-in; notes around hotel and room for things to and check out. Very clean! Connected to the venue (Emerson Hall) next door.

The room over all is a bit small, but we were only there 1 night, so not a big deal for us. However, if you have a longer stay, there is limited hanging and storage (no dressers).

Beautifully designed hotel with original art and country music themes. It's clean and has all the necessary amenities like coffee and sparkling water. The hotel is in walking distance to some nice restaurants and bars. It's about a 20 minute car ride to downtown.

Instructions via Google about a left turn sent me, and later my friend, over to the Walmart. Just tricky to find.

Not a negative but a suggestion for a small snack vending machine by the coffee bar.

Very clean! Modern and artsy. So darn cute.💕 Keurig coffee maker. Basket of local goodies. Air purifier. Keyless entry for building and room. Separate toilet and shower with their own doors. Photo Booth in lobby. Coffee/Tea station in lobby. We felt safe. Staff very communicative with messages and just a phone call away. They give a portion of their room charge to help the homeless.

It wasn't clear to me that the room would be below ground, so the window was rather small/there wasn't as much natural light.

what a unique place! the building is so beautiful and colorful, and CLEAN! we were so surprised at the level of cleanliness & attention to detail. Sonos in the lobby, Dyson fans in the rooms. Beautifully decorated and bright. Tall ceilings and nice furniture, comfy bed and large bathroom. We are very happy we have found this gem and will be staying again for sure! Customer service was top notch and very easy to communicate with. 10/10!

Starting to get a bit “old.” Lobby carpets no longer clean; fixtures in room (toilet) disconnecting from wall. Requires transportation for any activity.

No breakfast. There was a Keurig in the room and a small fridge. Loved all the little added perks like bottled water, snacks, notes explaining everything. Downstairs you could get coffee, tea, ice, water. There was also a microwave if needed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! I liked that you could easily control the temperature in your room; plus there was a Dyson fan. It was quiet, and I felt safe. In addition, the location was perfect for me.

I had problems with my TV, but I really didn't care because I wasn't there to watch TV. I did text the management about the TV, and if I had wanted, they would have sent someone to fix it.
