Breakfast was excellent. Staff was so helpful and kind. Cleaning staff i didn’t meet in person but all of the extra little touches were so cute and a welcome change. Loved that the towels were folded like swans and little cute flowers folded into the ends of toilet paper. We were very impressed after staying at another location at the cleanliness of the pool. This location is impeccably maintained. Bravo to whoever the manager is. Keep it up probably one of the nicest IHG hotels we have ever stayed at based on cleanliness and comfort. It is not right on the highway so less noise than other hotels in this area of Nashville. Lots to do nearby Opry Mills Mall right across the street. We had tickets to the Opry and I have a full size truck so the fact that they offer a shuttle service is awesome. Its $10 dollars round trip to the Opry ( get the number for the 3rd party shuttle before you go if going to the Opry) Our show lasted longer as it was a special event and I have a handicap so it took me longer to walk out to pick up spot. I called the hotel they gave me the shuttle office number. I called when we got out to pick up spot and told them we thought we missed the shuttle and they sent another one to get us. ( there were 6 others that were handicapped as well that got out there late like us) so we all got picked up. That may be something the hotel can speak to the 3rd party vendor About. They only have 1 lift after the show to take handicapped persons to ground level and they can only take 1 person in it at a time. So handicapped persons are gonna be late getting out. Other than that we had no issues and were very pleased with our stay. Beds are super plush and comfortable. Don’t hesitate to pick this location over hilton, mariott and others locally. For a cheaper alternative to the Gaylord. You can still go over and enjoy walking around the gaylord gardens etc. Oh the shuttle also goes downtown so you can go have fun and not drive amd take the shuttle.

Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a large group of kids waiting for a bus in lobby and sitting at all the tables and chairs which made no place to sit for breakfast. I thought maybe a staffer could have told them if they aren't eating they need to sit in other areas of the lobby. Finally, a guest spoke out and said, "If you are not eating, you need to sit somewhere besides the dining tables." Everyone then got up and moved and were very nice about it. We used to have people that traveled with us called, "parents" that would have took something called "a leather belt" to us if we didn't give up our seat to someone looking for a table to be able to eat.

There are very many things to like about this hotel and very few things not to like. However, the carpet in our room (322) could have been replaced several years ago and would still have been too late to replace it. If not for that ONE THING, I would have given a 5 star rating to this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel!!! We stayed a full week for our daughter's 21st Birthday! The employees at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during our stay. They were very welcoming and friendly and answered all our questions about the hotel and area we were staying. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the staff was nice. Our room was very clean as well and we liked how they changed our sheets every few days during our stay. We will definitely stay at your hotel when we visit again!!!! Thank you!!!

There wasn't a thing we didn't like! We were extremely happy with our stay!

Large, very clean room. Plentiful breakfast - pancakes maker, cereal, boiled eggs, pastries, toast, bagels, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, sausage, yogurt etc. Coffee in urns with real milk or creamer. Large free car park linked to petrol station. Towel animals! The Willie Nelson general store and museum is steps away and we'll worth a visit. The Nashville Palace is also a couple of minutes walk away for good food and excellent entertainment. There is a shuttle into Nashville if you don't want to use Uber.

The hotel isn't in central Nashville but that was okay for us as it was easy to drive to and park. It was a short Uber journey to the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Very good location right across the street from the Opry and the big outlet shopping mall!! I liked this hotel it was clean and nice and comfortable but one of the staff not as friendly! There was one guy that didn't wanna even talk to us! It was an effort to be any help at all! I think we were merely asking for a restaurant recommendation! The other two ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful!

Other than the one unfriendly staff member at the front desk I would have no complaints.

This was a great property in the best location. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The daily breakfast was great. they have a shuttle that will take you to downtown Nashville for $15. Use the shuttle. it is $52 per 4 hours to park in downtown Nashville so definitely use the shuttle. it runs every hour on the half hour.

The fact that they had an employee that was very confrontational about a problem that we were having with our heating air conditioning unit. It wouldn’t work with any settings. After addressing the problem with Cris another employee that was very helpful. This gentleman felt he had to keep interjecting his opinion. Making the situation more complicated then it had to be. Cris on the other hand was very helpful. The day I was checking out he started in with me again about the problem which showed how unprofessional he is and really should not be on the front desk. The biggest issue is that he didn’t even know what he was talking about… just wanted to hear noise come out when he opened his mouth…

We were in Nashville to attend the Grand Ole Opry and take a walk around the Gaylor Opry Land hotel, which were both very close by. There were a lot of bars in the area of the hotel, but we did not hear any noise from that. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly.

It was a little pricey for what we needed, and the pool was closed for maintenance, although there was a sign stating a neighboring hotel would allow us to use their pool if we wanted.

the staff was friendly and helpful...housekeeping was great....great location close to a lot of attractions the breakfast buffet looked good.. the bummer was the pancake machine was not in service.

everthing was great ....my only complaints were the mattress extremely hard and the company contracted with to take you downtown, mall, gaylord hotel or grand ole opry ....there should be one price for the entire stay to go to any of these places

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was truly above standard - everything felt fresh and spotless. The staff was also a major highlight - friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. To top it off, the hotel itself seemed brand new. The rooms and facilities were all modern and up-to-date. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
