Quite, clean and comfortable. Location worked well for us as it was close to where we needed to be. Kitchen is well equipped with what you need to cook although stove and refrigerator are smaller.

Last minute so we didn’t have time to shop around for a better rate. Little pricey! Didn’t realize this is a time share and one person on check in was trying to really push you to do a tour. Didn’t like that as we weren’t interested!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and the responsiveness of the staff to our needs, even allowing early check-in.

We had trouble with the lock on our door, getting locked in and locked out at different times. The staff was prompt in checking it out for us. The first night we were missing a top sheet on the sofa bed and the blanket provided was thin, so it was a bit chilly, but the next day we were supplied with all the bedding that lacked.

The location is perfectly secluded but also literally right next to the Opry Mills Mall which makes for a fun family outing! The staff was so friendly and patient with the kids and the concierge was a nice surprise! The apartment was so spacious and nicely set up!

The rooms were slightly outdated with the paint and how low the counters were in the bathrooms which made it look dirty. But overall it really wasn’t dirty considering it was a full apartment.

Rooms were large and well maintained and clean, but best part was we were close to Opryland resort and Grand Ole Opry. also, loved that for $15 pp per day you can take the resort bus downtown to Broadway. There is a bus that arrives every hour to either take you downtown or pick you back up at the same spot where you get dropped off at! you can come and all day for just 1 price!

Missed not having a continental breakfast/coffee in the mornings. we had a full kitchen but did not want to go to store and did not want to cook since we were only staying for 2 nights! Also, they ask you to sit in on a timeshare presentation in exchange for free tickets to local attractions. Hubby not keen on the idea so we did not do it since we were only there for 2 days and did not want to use up any of our precious vacation time in the presentation.

Lay out of rooms was great

I didn’t like when we first arrived they sent us over to get our welcome package and wanted us to do a SURVEY .we signed up but we told them we are not buying anything after 2 and 1/2 hrs trying to get us to buy into whydham so we can get free shuttle and Johnny cash tickets and then bringing on another worker trying to pitch we had to go to another office where they filled out papers to get tickets. We had to go, we gave them a time limit they said no problem but continued on trying to pitch. So you struck out Place was nice but will never do that again

Spacious room, clean inside the room. Free parking not far from room, with elevator available for people who have a hard time going up and down stairs. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and made the price worth it.

Check in was also a sales presentation. I am in sales and didn't feel like being pressured into a presentation upon arrival. The pull out couch was uncomfortable, I ended up sharing the bed with my friend.

The cleanliness was phenomenal, the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, closeness to the Nashville Palace & Opryland was great. The price was actually much better than anything nearby. We have already recommend this property to several friends who frequently visit Nashville.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this property or anything dealing with our stay here. We will 100% choose this above anything else in/near Nashville.

Accessible location, very close to Opryland and the airport. Nice spacious room. Functioning elevator. The lady who checked us in was awesome, very knowledgable of the facility, friendly and welcoming.

Carpets could stand a deep cleaning. Higher water pressure in the room would be nice esp when multiple water supplies (e.g. two faucets) are being used at the same time. Don't pressure guests to attend the sales pitch; stating "not interested" once should suffice. The sales pitch team needs to get current on local eateries as some dining establishments suggested were closed.

I liked how spacious the room was! Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful! Overall a great experience! We love our stay there and would return.

Was a great place for my family! The 2 bed and 2 bath rooms were great - lots of space. Wish we could have stayed longer!
