Exceptional front desk staff. Had to change our room and they were so accommodating and positive about changing it.

Most hotels do continental breakfast but had to pay for this breakfast. Most hotel breakfast is not that good so went elsewhere instead of paying for it.

My stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am a big critic of hotels and I have no complaints. Thank to Channel, I hope I spelled it correctly, but I give a 10 to her for just being a great all around person.

The staff did bring us fresh towels and coffee when we asked. We were compensated with a reduced incidentals cost to make up for the confusion. That was appreciated. The location is good for the area we were visiting.

The hotel has a policy of cleaning rooms every other day and did not tell us at check in. We were expecting fresh towels and replenishment of coffee and were disappointed when we returned to our room. We can accept the policy if we are notified at the beginning. We should have been given a sheet of information that included the hotel [policy on cleaning rooms every other day. Another Hilton property tht we stayed at following this stay did just that.

When I arrived I found out that booking.com payment was declined because of a .77 cent difference. I am still waiting on my refund of $180.62.

The hotel is new. Opened in March, 2025. Everything is very clean. Nice selection for breakfast buffet (breakfast included if you select a room rate that includes breakfast). Nice indoor pool. Lotion and soap dispenser on sink. Comfortable beds. Sufficient electrical outlets, usb ports. Friendly staff. Restaurants within walking distance.

I booked a room on Booking.com that included breakfast. After breakfast, the waitress handed us a bill and I told her that our room included breakfast, why are we getting a bill? She said that I just need to sign the receipt and she would hand it to the front desk and they will take it off our bill. When checking out of hotel, I told the lady at the front desk to make sure we were not charged for breakfast. She handed me the receipt showing that breakfast was deducted. I noticed later, after we left the hotel, that the room rate was .85 cents more than what Booking.com quoted me. Then a couple days later, I received a final bill/receipt from Hilton which showed that they charged me an additional $32 for breakfast for 2 people. I called Hilton and they said I should not have received that email. I should only be charged the rate booked on Booking.com and to ignore that email. I told her ok, but I still got charged by Hilton . 85 cents more that what Booking.com quoted me. The bottom line is, their billing is very confusing. I did not like getting a bill for breakfast and then they deduct it from your bill when you check out, and then send you a final bill to your email adding the breakfast charge back on, and then tell you to ignore that email and that I should have not received it. Eventhough minor, the bill at checkout was . 85 cents more than what Booking.com quoted. Imagine how many other people may get overcharged if they don't double check their bill.
