clean & location

no breakfast in such an expensive hotel, not even restaurant, nor coffee in lobby. enough for me not come back!

The manager was very helpful. She assisted us in navigating the Opry and suggested a local holiday activity that was very enjoyable. She also took the time to find us a room that was the most accessible. They have free shuttle bus that will drop you off at the Opryland Resort and the Opry Mills mall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have music themed art on the wall. They had a restaurant on campus that was Opry themed. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Loved the super clean, updated, poolside room. Property was very quiet, restful and a relaxing alternative to the nearby Opryland Resort (which was still an accessible 10min walk). The on-site restaurant, The Opry Backstage Grill, was a pleasant surprise.

Availability of the shuttle to and from the Resort wasn't as reliable as preferred. And some additional breakfast options would have been ideal.

The restaurant was really good! The bed was soft! The customer service was great from the front desk on down! We only stayed one night, did not spend much time at the hotel as we checked in, ate supper, got dressed and took the shuttle bus to the Grand Old Opry! The indoor pool looked wonderful and I really wanted to swim after the Opry, but the gates were locked and the pool was closed!! Soo disappointing!

They should keep the pool open longer hours so that if you go to the Opry, you can come back afterwards and take a swim before bed! Everything else was really nice and exceeded our expectations!

The room was fine but, it opened on the outside. The room had too much noise from the street. I prefer an interior room. I was unaware the hotel had rooms which opened on the outside. I should have been given a choice for an interior room.

Nice restaurant inside the hotel with live music. Also had grab & go breakfast as well as sit-down breakfast Good location . Short ride to downtown. Nice gym facility Across the street is the Gaylord Resort… Incredible!! Spent a few hours just enjoying that property 👍

The staff was exceptional in all ways. Gracious and helpful in difficult situations . Understanding and kind . The cleaning staff were amazing and he4lpful. I will be coming back. Thank you.

The restaurant needs to be open later . Maybe earlier too with a breakfast menu. Better communications with the shuttle company would be greatly appreciated.

It was too far outside Nashville with no information being provided about the shuttle. I found out via my tour company after we had left but we had stayed the night prior and not been advised by the hotel :(. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay! Loved the gym especially.

It was very misleading. Thought it was the Opreyland hotel instead of the Inn

For the price I paid I would expect it to have complimentary coffee like almost every hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel is beautiful. I love the whole setup of the hotel with pool and hot tub being located inside with the rooms overlooking them. The restaurant is awesome. Great food, great service.

My only complaint is the beds. They are full size but most hotels offer a queen. Also, it would be nice if they offered rooms with a sleeper sofa for larger families.
