The room was comfortable. I initially booked another type of room. We arrived earlier than check-in time. The staff offered to let us into a room that was different than what I originally booked. We accepted the offer. The room was nice and clean. AC made a funny squeaky noise when it shut off. It took a little while to get used to, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were always smiling and helpful. They offered suggestions for area meals and attractions. Randall was especially memorable. The free shuttle to downtown was a nice touch. It was nice not to have to find another Uber ride to go visit the downtown area. The shuttle was a quick ride, and the drop-off/pick-up location was in a great area.

A negative aspect of the stay was that the pool was closed. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel in the beginning. They did offer to let us use a sister property's hotel, but we did not want to walk 20 minutes, swim, and then walk back. We also paid for breakfast for 2 mornings for 2 adults (this was over $50). The details advertised an over 30-item hot breakfast. This, however, was nothing more than a traditional continental breakfast selection. The only hot options were scrambled eggs, link sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and oatmeal. The other items included fruits, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, toast, bagels, and mini muffins. They also had 3 kinds of cereal available. We were not overly impressed with the food, based on the price.

Our first night there was a disturbance on our floor around 4am with people screaming and fighting. I spoke to the front desk about it the next morning as we were buying vouchers for breakfast and they said they hadn't heard about it. I was adamant we were not the only ones woken and awake for nearly an hour so they finally checked the night shifts notes and said oh yea there's a note and gave a nonchalant 'sorry'. I felt for one being initially disregarded and secondly the excessive amount of time it took the property to handle the situation( security was on site) they should of at least extended something in our inconvenience of being of our night.

For being right beside the interstate, the property is very quiet. Being near the downtown area with free parking was great! The staff at the front desk were exceptional! They truly go above and beyond the standards. We appreciated the cleanliness of the location, our room and the facilities we used were spotless! We got the breakfast with our booking and it all fresh and hot, with a nice selection of items. The bed was clean and comfortable with very soft pillows. Having a night stand on both sides of our bed was very helpful. It allowed for easy access and hookup of our CPAP machines. And the blackout curtains were an added plus.

The pool was closed. They didn't know how long it would be closed since they are waiting for the inspector to approve re-opening after a pump replacement. They do offer to let you use the pool at a neighboring hotel. Though the bathroom was clean the tub had rust spots in the bottom of it. However the bathroom had been modernized. And the AC unit in our room was very loud, every time it would kick on throughout the night it woke me up. We like the room cold at night and it wouldn't go any lower than 70.

This was our first time in Nashville & it was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Angel’s cheat sheet to Nashville was a creative touch too. They also offered a shuttle service to downtown, which was very convenient. On Booking, the parking is listed as free. I received an email after booking stating parking would be $20/day. But, the front desk staff ensured there was no charge. They weren’t sure why the email was sent out (sounds like other Booking users received it, too). So don’t be alarmed. Parking should be free for your stay!

The property was maintained well, very clean, and in an excellent location. The shuttle to downtown was such a convenience. No worries about parking! Randall the shuttle driver was incredibly helpful with directions to restaurants and attractions. The evening front desk worker (I forget his name) was also very helpful! Thank you both!!

We would have liked an onsite restaurant with a larger menu.

It was a great stay. We can’t wait that always find something wrong no matter where we are. Book for yourself and get the amazing breakfast. The staff was definitely on point. Housekeeping was bomb!! My hiccups was a flat mt dew and a mini fridge that didn’t cook well. But still no complaints. We will definitely be back in a month or so.

Our fridge didn’t work lol. We didn’t complain though. Oh and my Mt.Dew was sooooo flat. I don’t know how much it was because it was charged to the room. I should look huh.

The people at the front desk were very nice and the shuttle downtown was great.

The first day Our room did not get cleaned so I asked for clean towels and coffee. The next day it did not get cleaned again so I again asked for clean towels and coffee. The third day after all day downtown (we felt this would be plenty of time to get our room from clean) well again they didn’t clean our room and said our sign was on the door which I told them to look at our door and no sign was on our door. They came in quickly and empty our trash (Finally) and hang fresh towels and left coffee!☹️

Hotel was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fairly close to Broadway and points of interest. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle into town.

Hotel was a little hard to find. The free shuttle only held about 13 people. We took it to drop off location near Broadway area but coming back it filled up fast and couldn't take all the people waiting. Driver said we had to wait an hour for him to come back. So we walked and it took us half an hour to get back to the hotel. The hotel needs another shuttle and needs to tell people they should to get to shuttle pick up location half an hour before it is due to ensure a seat.

Staff were very helpful, especially Angel the general manager. Angel was concerned that we had everything we needed and that we were having a great time in Nashville.

They were in a transition to switching to Holiday Inn. Several things weren't available. Someone didn't turn on the heat in the pool so it was frigid! They need to switch up breakfast offerings. Nobody wants scrambled eggs and sausage links daily. Kevin said he couldn't drop us off at Nissan Stadium bc the police told him no, but there were several other vehicles pulling over briefly to drop off people. We had no problems being dropped off briefly by the other driver the first 2 nights.

Great location with close proximity to downtown $6-7 Uber/lyft rides. It was great having a bartender with a personality - top notch service!

On our last day, we found a ticket on the windshield of our car for not having a parking pass. We stayed several nights and I’m assuming they were only patrolling because there was a concert nearby that last night. The issue was that we were never told we needed one upon checkin and coming out on our last day to that was not the he best experience.
