The people at the front desk were very nice and the shuttle downtown was great.

The first day Our room did not get cleaned so I asked for clean towels and coffee. The next day it did not get cleaned again so I again asked for clean towels and coffee. The third day after all day downtown (we felt this would be plenty of time to get our room from clean) well again they didn’t clean our room and said our sign was on the door which I told them to look at our door and no sign was on our door. They came in quickly and empty our trash (Finally) and hang fresh towels and left coffee!☹️

Staff were very helpful, especially Angel the general manager. Angel was concerned that we had everything we needed and that we were having a great time in Nashville.

They were in a transition to switching to Holiday Inn. Several things weren't available. Someone didn't turn on the heat in the pool so it was frigid! They need to switch up breakfast offerings. Nobody wants scrambled eggs and sausage links daily. Kevin said he couldn't drop us off at Nissan Stadium bc the police told him no, but there were several other vehicles pulling over briefly to drop off people. We had no problems being dropped off briefly by the other driver the first 2 nights.

Hotel was nice, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fairly close to Broadway and points of interest. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle into town.

Hotel was a little hard to find. The free shuttle only held about 13 people. We took it to drop off location near Broadway area but coming back it filled up fast and couldn't take all the people waiting. Driver said we had to wait an hour for him to come back. So we walked and it took us half an hour to get back to the hotel. The hotel needs another shuttle and needs to tell people they should to get to shuttle pick up location half an hour before it is due to ensure a seat.

Great location with close proximity to downtown $6-7 Uber/lyft rides. It was great having a bartender with a personality - top notch service!

On our last day, we found a ticket on the windshield of our car for not having a parking pass. We stayed several nights and I’m assuming they were only patrolling because there was a concert nearby that last night. The issue was that we were never told we needed one upon checkin and coming out on our last day to that was not the he best experience.

The hotel was within walking distance to our Nissan Stadium concert. The facility was updated. The ADA accommodations were top notch. Our room was very wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was large enough for a motorized wheelchair to fully turn. The shower was large and you could wheel into it (no ledge to step over). The lounge/bar area had a new wheelchair accessible counter. We were very impressed. Angel, Manager, and Jordan, bartender, were willing to answer any and all questions and to attend to our needs. We will definitely return.

There were two issues we had. First, there was a pizza that had been left on top of our refrigerator in a closed in cabinet, we assume for a few days. It left an odor, but was quickly attended to by housekeeping. The second was not being able to use safety equipment for the guest in the wheelchair. The lift was not able to be used due to having the "box" under the bed. We needed to be able to get the lift under the bed in order for it to be used. This was discussed with Angel, Manager, who was very open to the suggestion.

This hotel was not only Affordable but it was NOT in a bad location, & was close to Nissan Stadium so we walked to the concert to avoid ALL the traffic. I was concerned about safety b/c it was cheaper than a lot of other hotels- but once we arrived- I felt completely safe.

I did NOT like that I had to pay for parking- $20 A DAY!! I think renting a room & spending 1K should include parking. The breakfast could of had a little more variety or maybe waffles. However my kids loved the chocolate brownies. I paid a little extra to include breakfast BUT you don’t have to because breakfast is for EVERYONE staying there.

Octavia checked us when when we arrived and answered all our questions and assisted us with everything! Everytime she seen us she would ask if we needed anything she even went out of her way to get me a cup of ice from the kitchen! She is and amazing employee for your company! The remodel and holiday inn taking over this property is sooo much better now! Free shuttle to downtown is awesome as well! more hotels need this perk in nashville!

We loved the shuttle to Broadway. It was very convenient. Breakfast was good--especially the waffles and sausage. We loved the fact that we had cleaning service every day.

It would have been better if there were more channels available on the TV. We ended up watching old reruns of sitcoms and Law and Order because there weren't any other good options. The vans need to have a Clarion logo on it---one night we thought it was the hotel shuttle but were reluctant to just get in a plain white van in a strange, big city.

the bar area food was just ok. better selection of wine- and some great food for the future is suggested. the manager of bar is very friendly. He should understand guests ( outside of Nashville ) important too. However, he was nice. This area needs better ambiance Updated, maybe some soft music in background. There better pizza in Nashville than what is served at the bar area. I did not get my check-out receipt emailed as I requested.

The location was perfect, we were in the area for a concert at Bridgestone and the hotel was at a great spot, they have a shuttle or you can get an uber for a decent price. The room was so nice and clean, and we appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom. Overall, the staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating. Also, the hotel smelled amazing through out! Not only would I stay here again, I would also recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks for everything :)
