The property was beautiful and well located, we loved it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For some reason there was a mixup with cleaning staff, who never came. On the third day of our stay (after two full nights), I called the front desk and informed them that we had not had cleaning. I explained that we didn’t have the do not disturb sign out. They were extremely helpful and apologized and got cleaning to come up right away. I do not anticipate this occurring again, as I accept it was a mixup. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to this property.

Unforgettable Stay at the Dream Hotel Nashville! My girlfriend and I stayed at the Dream Hotel in Nashville for five nights, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel truly lives up to its name—everything about it felt luxurious, stylish, and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was beautifully designed, super clean, and had that perfect blend of comfort and modern style. We especially loved the vibe throughout the hotel—it felt energetic yet relaxed, and every corner was photo-worthy. The location was also ideal—close to Broadway and all the main attractions, yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, our stay was nothing short of perfect. If you’re looking for a fun, upscale, and memorable place to stay in Nashville, we highly recommend the Dream Hotel. We can’t wait to come back!

The suites are very nice. The check-in process is quick and easy. The suites are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dream Nashville is a quick two block walk to Lower Broadway and also fronts the iconic Printers Alley. It's a bit pricey, but not too far out of line with other similar properties. The one downside is that it's lost some of the personal touch it had prior to being sold to Hyatt. The little personal touches have disappeared.

The lack of personal service when the initial investor group owned the property versus having been sold off to a chain.

Exceptional staff. Impeccably clean. Interesting decor. Ideal location for my needs, My travel objectives were within reasonable walking distance. Several dining options are located within the hotel or extremely close thereto. This is a high-end hotel that charges accordingly!

I'm not a fan of valet parking in general, but self-parking was not an easy option during my late afternoon arrival window. No breakfast included with my booking. It's a bit pricy for my tastes but they definitely treat you appropriately -- and it was worth it to avoid the brutality of morning rush hour in Nashville!

The staff was excellent and so accommodating. They made us feel welcome and cared for. The beds were really comfortable and bedding was soft and great quality. Loved the proximity to EVERYTHING we wanted to do, but far enough from broadway to get away from the chaos. I was really happy with the location. Great restaurants steps from the hotel, wonderful coffee served and friendly atmosphere all through . We will stay here in the future.

Limited menu at the restaurant, but what they had was good. The climb from broadway to the hotel worked us out- which also was a positive.

I like that they offered you a drink when you arrive and have complimentary waters in the room. It has a vintage vibe which is pretty cool. You can tell it is an older building and the rooms weren't overly big, but big enough for the two of us. We also liked that they paid attention to the little things like q-tips, shower caps, bathrobe, etc. We went to an event at Nissan Stadium and walked back and it was not a bad walk at all.

I didn't like the fact that if we needed to get something out of our car we were not able to do so. I believe the rates were high due to events happening in the area and felt it was a little overpriced. I do not know what they charge normally but spent over $350 for a one night stay. It wasn't the Omni so I felt it was a bit over priced.

We were on a girl vacation from California. This hotel is in a great place with all the amenities you could ask for and safe. They were just perfect. The employees were so helpful and kind. One in particular, Cameron, helped me with printing out some business forms I needed. He was very kind and helpful. The spirit there is so cheerful and makes you feel so happy to be there. The food was wonderful. They have brunch with a live DJ and it was just the best sounds. The bars were awesome with live entertainment. They have two bars both w love music. The rooms were so comfortable. There was no noise heard from our rooms. We slept so well because the beds were top notch. I can't say enough about this hotel.

You are welcome with a nice cold beer…We love our room it was very comfortable big for the both of us we had a view the bathroom was big and open.. we eat at the bar food was delicious we had couple of Nashville beers they were good.. the hold atmosphere was welcoming… the location was perfect for us we walk to the Nissan stadium everyday..there was a pizza joint nearby open 24hrs and a burger joint right across the street..the manager check on us during our stay…if your in Nashville for the CMA festival is the best location…

When we arrived our room was ready for celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. Balloons and flower petals spread over the bed and the bedroom. We were touched. It was a lovely surprise. THE bathroom was a decent size. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The gym was clean and adequately equipped. The bar was welcoming and fun. The food in the attached restaurant was good for both breakfast and lunch. Healthy options were offered and catered for.

There wasn't a lot of room for our luggage to be stored in our room or to place our cases. Also, to move around the far side of the bed near the window. I gained a lot of bruising from walking past the bed corners on the front of my legs. Ouch! In the restaurant at lunchtime, the music (a dJ) that was hired played music that was too loud. I couldn't talk without shouting. It wasn't appropriate for lunchtime dining.

Staff were excellent in making some special wishes possible due to my mobility issues. In the Bar we especially want to mention Adam, Maisy and her trainee Brianna who were such amazing hosts. The location was perfect for us given that we spent quite a few hours in the blues cafe at Printers Alley.

We are Hyatt members. One receptionist told us upon arrival they would upload our stay onto our membership, but that because we booked through Booking.com we may not use the associated membership benefits. Like a punishment. Not that we are out to use the benefits any time soon, but that welcome wasn't what I would expect from a Hyatt hotel staff member. In other Hyatt hotels we never experienced that, even when we go through Booking.com.
