Conveniently located. Strongly suggest using valet parking because of multiple street construction/ detours in progress.
No smoking rooms. There are cigars bars around, but no smoking rooms available? All hotels will place deposit for incidentals, fine, here’s some more money ($100) on top of the $700 already paid for 1 night stay=$800 for a hotel room for 20 hour stay- damn right- I’ll smoke my cigarettes, cigars, pipe, marijuana, vape pen, whatever responsibly. Is that room now ruined? No. Will it take a total renovation to have that room smoke- free? No. That room has never had a smoking product used in it before? No. Should I be smoking? None of your business, my choice. Close down the high dollar cigar bars and arrest people for smoking on a city sidewalk first. Outlaw any and every smoking/ vape product sold nationwide first, then I might choose to stop tobacco use and not smoke in a hotel room.

The room was good but as expected for the price. The food in the Library was very good, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The staff in the Library were also very helpful.
The staff on reception were not helpful. When I explained that my accommodation nightly fee was already paid to Booking I received no assistance until I could clearly show them this. The reaction was not polite but rather that I was a nuisance. I left my Kindle/E Reader in room 605 and rang from the airport as I had wished to return before my flight to retrieve it and was told by staff that an email would have to go to housekeeping and the room could not be checked for me quickly. I have struggled to find an email address but finally found one and am hoping that I receive a positive reply regarding return of my Kindle. The reception staff really let down the overall experience.

We booked online and when we got to the hotel we asked for the highest room possible with the best view. It was the 4th of july so our expectations were low. Yet, they made it happen and put us on the 21st floor with a beautiful view. The staff was so friendly, the room was clean. The shower was clean and the room smelled so good! The option for body wash and shampoo and conditioner smelled so good and felt like it was high quality. They gave us a credit to the restaurant for that night. Even though we didnt use it the menue options were so good! Check out was so easy and quick.
We still spent $60 to park in the garage that was at our hotel. Would have been cool if that was included in our stay price but all in all it was fine. Maybe a discount would have been cool too since we did stay. Over all it was fine knowing our vehicle was safe and not an issue we had to worry about.

Great location near downtown - we walked almost everywhere. For the most part the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. You couldn’t hear a ton of street noise or noise from the lobby which was nice.
We paid over $100 to park there for the weekend. Totally outlandish. The young woman who checked us in was rude. We had dinner there and the food was good but we were taxed to death on the meal. Literally zero water pressure to shower with. There was no fridge in our room.

Our first night was spent in room 625 - a windowless room! It was very disorienting...we checked in late due to a delayed flight, and although the room was very nice, we could live without a window! Detached from the outside world! The great thing is that the very next morning they moved us to a window room across the hall. We were very pleased.
Windows! in every room!

Beautiful hotel, the library bar is a perfect place to hang out if you just need a more quiet evening. We didn't eat there but the brunch looked delicious and i was definitely regretting not stopping in. There is a golf cart that will take you downtown for free and it's the only place that has ever had free bottled water with no limits. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.
A little more clarity on where to grab the cart for a return to the hotel. Not a deal breaker since we could use the walk.

The rooms were very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of space which was great because we brought our dogs along. Very nice bathroom. Responsive staff. Gorgeous lobby. Nice bar and sky lounge. Inexpensive valet parking.
The valet parking did take quite a long time, and the estimate provided was off pretty significantly. Estimated 25 min wait, but was at least 45 min on check out day. Definitely have your car called around early.

The lobby to this hotel is fabulous and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved our stay in Nashville, and the hotel was a great base to explore the city from.
The Valet crew are very helpful, but unfortunately it’s l the most expensive overnight parking we found in 7 states. Better to leave the car in a public car park, but even those are expensive.

Room was exceptional 👌. I would definitely stay there again. The overnight desk experience expert was the best I've ever encountered.
I booked through booking.com. when I arrived, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation. They searched for it several ways for 20 mins. It was embarrassing. I had to eventually step out of line and call booking.com who handled everything while I was on the phone. There is no pool!! This was one of the reasons I selected the property.

Restaurant was surprisingly good for how little it was. Had a dinner and a breakfast and both were good....anbd we needed no reservations. cCose to all attractions so could walk. Front desk was able to hold our bags for an afternoon before check in and after check out so we could tourist. The Skye lounge was a great view and quiet and relaxing. Plenty of towels, coffee,/tea. Work out room good too.
The only negative I have was we had two double beds. One bed after we pulled the sheets down the sheet was damp. It was too late to call front desk so we just both slept in the one bed. We pulled covers back and basically it dried up by morning so we didn't really have anything to show the front desk. We pulled sheet off and noticed that probably the mattress had som e stains and they were probably wiped with a damp rags and it bleed through to sheet. I can't remember if there was a mattress pad. Anyway it didn't end up being a big deal.
