The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was also very good. The breakfast was not too bad although the options for me, being Coeliac, were often limited. That said, what I did have was very good. The staff were outstanding and always keen to help and very friendly.

Our first room was located directly outside the ice machine, which resulted in some noise when the ice dropped. We moved rooms on our return (we had a split visit) and this time the room faced onto the road, which resulted in a fair amount of noise. That said, we were there during (and for) the CMA Festival so we expected there to be some noise. To be fair, most of it was drowned out by the rather loud air conditioning, but this really acted more like white noise and we still slept! It would be have been better if they were a little more generous with the coffee pouches and creamer - we were only given 4 of each to cover two days (the period at which the room attendants visit) so we had to keep asking for more.

The room was clean with plenty of room, bed comfortable, the shower was great. Good choices for breakfast. The hotel is just about a 10 minute walk to the main strip. I felt safe the entire time. There is a parking lot across the street or they have valet parking. The valet parking is a little cheaper than the one across the street. Once we parked we only used our car once, you could walk to everyplace. I would stay there again.

The front desk could not give us any good ideas for a day trip, they stated they were not familar with the area outside of downtown.

The staff were all very nice, friendly & helpful. ** I didn't voice these concerns written below to any of the staff. This is an afterthought of what would have been better. Anything I did need from the staff, ( towels,tp)they accommodated me & in a timely manner.

*I think I would have preferred to have a small table or shelf near the toilet. There are feminine products or medical products that you may need more closely than out in the vanity/sink area. (There was literally nowhere to sit anything) *** I also would love to have a dinner establishment in the hotel. The breakfast was ok & The small lunch counter was nice to have but the latest they were open was 4pm. **** The couch was not very comfortable. That's where we ate dinner because there is only 1 chair in the room. We could have eaten at the desk but a small table & another chair would have been better.

Rooms are updated & nice. Beds are comfy. Good water pressure. Sean (valet) was super nice. And got our vehicle quickly even tho they have to walk 2 1/2 blocks to park cars.

The closets are horrible! After renovations, some of the closets were partially blocked. Remove the closet doors so we can actually use the closet. The iron and closet doors block most of the closet. Removing the doors will allow guests to hang up clothes. We were in room 317 this last visit. Not all rooms are the same. Some rooms have usable closets. We’ve stayed here many times in the last 2 years.

The breakfast was very good. There were several choices. The area was spacious and clean. There were enough places for many ppl to sit. The location was right near the lobby and easy to get to.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a nice large shower and the sink was not in the shower area. This is a plus when traveling for me. The view out my window was not great. I was facing the parking lot and therefore had to keep the curtains closed. Overall, its a good hotel in a good location to downtown Nashville. The staff was very friendly and professional.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Maureen on the front desk, and everytime we crossed reception we got a cheery wave and a hello from Maureen. She really made us feel welcome, and like friends, not just guests. The room was really spacious. Kingsize bed and a sofa area and a dining area. Well equipped kitchen, though we didn't use it apart from the fridge for water. Coffee/tea supplies were topped up every day of our stay. We also received help from Lauren to print our plane boarding passes. The complementary breakfast was a bonus, and whilst the room seemed a bit expensive at least we weren't spending money on breakfast. We'd definitely stay here again if in Nashville, and we'll also look to find this hotel brand if staying elsewhere in USA. The hotel is in a safe area,10 minutes walk from Broadway and downtown, and just along from Pucketts where we had supper one night and listened to a great singer.

There was nothing that we did not like. Everything was just perfect.

The hotel was modern & clean. The staff was nice & helpful. Breakfast was really good for a free hotel breakfast. Our room was super clean and spacious. The ice maker in the freezer worked perfect & was very nice to have! There's a huge shower in the bathroom and the water pressure was amazing! The beds were comfy and clean. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was awesome to have. Location was good but be prepared for hills. This was my first time in Nashville and didn't realize how "hilly" it is. There's only valet parking but there are also places to park that are pretty close. Just ask when you check in. The library parking garage was perfect & not very expensive.

Nothing that would be a dealbreaker. But there were not enough places in the living room for everyone to sit. The only bedroom lights were on the wall, you couldn't turn on any bedroom lights with the light switch. Or maybe we couldn't figure it out.

Great location that is quiet, near restaurants, and not far from Broadway (.3 mile). We parked in library garage a couple of blocks away for $20 night (instead of $60 valet). You simply park on side of hotel, check in, get luggage cart and take items to room. Then go park your car. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Maureen was very gracious and fast at checking us in. Jacob at front desk went above and beyond when we needed to switch our room. He immediately found the one bedroom (Not studio) only a few doors down. He was even kind enough to run the new keys up to us! Good breakfast, nice bar with music some evenings. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing really

Excellent location in downtown Nashville. Broadway and all its music and craziness is a good walk but it is very walkable. Near many other attractions including the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Country Music Walk of Fame (not sure that's the exact name) and the Johnny Cash Museum. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel ensures a covered courtyard where the reception desk is found. Really beautiful and different. Had full refrigerator and kitchen minus a stove. More like a studio apartment. For business travel the Federal building is across the street.

You do have a pretty good walk to the attractions. Parking was difficult. If you do ivalet parking your car is not available to you without calling someone to get it for you. Not sure it's available to you at so times. Public parking is a half block away at the Public library. $20/day but need to pay every time you leave and come back. Cheaper than valet service if you don't leave the parking area during your stay I was told. We did the public parking. unloading from the car and reloading luggage into the car was a real hassle. You have a twenty minute erudite to do either in a designated area on the side of the building next to the hotel. Have to walk half a block to get to the hotel.

Great location in downtown Nashville - far enough away from Broadway/noise but close enough to be an easy walk to restaurants and entertainment. We had dinner reservations around the block so it was an easy walk. Hotel room was spacious and easily accessible. Breakfast was also generous - big selection of hot/cold items so this adds a great amenity/value to an already low cost hotel.

Valet parking overnight is expensive so TAKE NOTE: The library garage, literally across the street is half the price - $20 for overnight parking vs. $45 at the hotel. We always park at this garage when downtown. If there is a big event downtown then it might be full, but no issues for us. It was an easy, safe walk from the garage to the hotel. We were also put in a hotel room on the first floor facing the street, immediately on the sidewalk. We probably could have asked for a different room since we were then on a Monday night but on the first floor exterior rooms, you won't want to open wide your windows in the morning unless you want people walking by on the sidewalk to see right into your room!
