The room/apartment was spacious and had plenty of room to live for the 3 days I was in Nashville. The kitchen had plenty of opportunities to cook, and the front desk staff were phenomenally friendly!

The bed was OVERLY soft, and the Roku TV was too hard to work out...would have been better with a standard TV and cable options. The gym was basic and the elliptical wasn't functioning as it should. The location is at the top of the hill and any cafe or restaurant is minimum 5-7 minute walk.

Very urban, minimalist decor, but very nice. The king beds were very comfortable. The one bathroom for the 4 of us was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Nice being close to their outdoor space. Location was just far enough to be away from the commotion of Broadway yet close enough to walk to/from when weather was nice. Very safe area. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We were a bit disappointed that we had to ask for more shampoo in the shower, hand soap in the bathroom (both were totally empty bottles when we arrived) and washcloths (we had none). Then the faucet in the shower broke and a few of us were unable to shower before heading out for the day. All of these issues were immediately addressed and resolved but should have been handled prior to check in, not for us to discover upon arrival.

Very clean, huge ,spacious rooms. We were not thrilled with the first rooms lighting, so requested to move to other side where our friends were. They moved us the second day and each request we had they responded quickly and promptly. Very good on site customer service. Walkable to Broadway.

Poor lighting in room 100 in bath area. No long mirror, no working ice machine. We requested two rooms, and they were not near enough to each other. However after several phone calls and patience, the property was very accommodating and moved our room, which was great.

The property was great overall. The unit is in a converted bank which was really cool. This specific unit has a little small side yard with a patio that was nice to sit out and have coffee on each morning 🙂. It is about a half mile from everything on Broadway in downtown and the walk is back uphill when you are coming home so that was tough, but the location seemed clean and safe. We never were worried walking home at night.

The king bed was VERY loud and creaky and the mattress was terrible, but the rest of the furniture and the unit were outstanding!

Large living space with complete kitchen. We appreciated the treat left for us and the water bottles were great as we refilled them for sightseeing. The location is quiet, just outside of the hustle & bustle of downtown but requires some walking to get to restaurants. This required some planning with the heat of the summer. We had a car so often ended up driving out for food and sightseeing, and walked to the downtown Honky Tonks easy enough. Parking was a bit steep at $40/day but was convenient to use. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it, especially if you have a car or don’t mind walking several blocks for restaurants.

Parking was pricey at $40/day. We did not note any restaurants within a couple blocks.

Nice clean modern apartment for about the price of a hotel room. Very comfy bed. Safe area. Short walk to Broadway and other attractions downtown

The apartment was on the 1st floor right next to the parking lot entrance. It was so noisy we barely got any sleep. The walls were so thin we heard every hallway conversation, slammed door, and car honk. The online check in process was also very strange. I honestly thought it was a scam at first because it wanted my ID, then a selfie of me, and permission for a background check. I’ve stayed in numerous apartments in various cities and have never had to be that in depth. The $40 for parking was also a little excessive but that was listed when booked.

I’ve stayed at a few Mint House locations and I’m always impressed. This one was a 2 bedroom apartment with my best friend. We had huge comfy beds, great kitchen, living room with good Smart TV, huge bath which was a surprise. There were plenty of towels and I used the washer dryer as I had been in NYC for a week before so that was super useful. Easy check in, good location. All perfect for our 3 night trip in Nashville.

The bathroom amenities could be a little better, but fine for a couple of nights.

The layout and location were great. Easy access to parking as well as online check-in were super convenient.

My only complaint was that housekeeping kept entering the room prior to checkout time. We had planned to take advantage of this beautiful location, maximizing our time there, and we're preparing to depart just before 11 a.m. Twice, I had to run to the door and stop them from entering the room, as we were not dressed. A bit frustrating, to say the least. It felt as if we were being rushed out the door.

A large studio type 1 bed apartment with a pull out couch in the living space which worked perfectly for our son. It was a great alternative to a cramped hotel room and meant that we could have enjoy a slow start to the day with breakfast and hang out there too. A smile and a friendly, helpful welcome from Joe which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped. A 15 min. or so walk from downtown broadway.

Everything was amazing. A suggestion ... the bedroom and bathroom have no windows and so these rooms are completely dark at night when the doors are closed for privacy from anyone using the couch in the living space. A 1st world problem I know ... only I was glad that I always have a night light with me when I travel ( seasoned traveller here..) which came into good use. Some kind of night lighting would have been useful.

I had an amazing stay at Mint House at the Reserve! Perfect location - we were within walking distance of many attractions in downtown Nashville (Ryman Auditorium, Assembly Food Hall, Country Hall of Fame & Museum), but far enough from Broadway and its busy/loud nightlife. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk and there were no instructions for check-in or entering the building. Someone eventually let us in and we had no further issues. Some of the bedding was dirty and we had to ask for replacements.
