Great location walkable to the entertainment district. Staff was great good breakfast clean facilities rooms a little dated but very clean

Mostly the LOCATION! Easy walk to the Honky Tonks on Broadway, but far enough away not to hear the sounds of the evening till 4am. 🤩👍

Valet parking only. Very costly. For the cost of the room @ $332. per night you would think the parking would have been included. The room was clean. Breakfast was included, however, Sausage links were UNDERCOOKED, I mentioned to servers, next day STILL undercooked & they ran out of food and we had to wait 30 minutes just to get the main dish. 😬 **Tried to change the reservation to Kathy's name to get REWARDS when we checked in. Told us could NOT ADD REWARDS NUMBER. Going to change to another Rewards Chain. Poor Customer Service. 😐😐😐

Had a great experience! All staff were very nice and accommodating. We were traveling in a big group and had some disruptions with some of our groups flights being canceled due to the snow and some of our group booking at the hotel with same name but different location. Jalaina went out if her way to help us to the best of her ability with all our disruptions and Juiliene along with her manager was helpful in getting one of the rooms canceled and refunded. It was my daughters 21st birthday and Meela made up a goodie bag for my daughter and delivered it personally to her room. Yvette helped us get a ride to the airport when she heard us talking about how expensive an uber/left ride was. Juliene, Nikki, Yvette, and Jalaina were so friendly and greeted us everytime we arrived (even at 2am) and departed the hotel. The breakfast was also great and the staff was also friendly and greeted us when we walked into breakfast and when we left and asked us several times if we needed anything. The valet staff ; Esteban, Fued, Jake, Zack, Mo and Deon, were also very accommodating and friendly during our stay. Our rooms were clean and we didn't notice much noise from the streets. When we decide to return to Nashville (hopefully soon) we will definitely book our stay here (;

The snow and how cold it was (;

The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. A nice walk to the strip and close to the Bridgestone arena but far enough away that it's not loud. The included breakfast is great! Lots to chose from hot and cold. Again the staff are so kind and helpful.

The room could use some TLC. The blinds were broken and looked very beat up. The "happy hour" snacks were much less than they had offered 2 years ago. We didn't bother stopping in for them.

location & affordability were great.

I was trapped in the right hand side elevator three times & always on the third floor. it was like if it had to make more than one stop it quit working. It also happened to my husband once on the 3rd floor. I just stopped using the elevator on the right. So I'd either hope for the center elevator to light - as it appeared the elevator on the left was out of order. or I took the stairs, which was a bit annoying after walking around all day/night. Also, there were thousands of foam pieces floating in the pool. I assume it was due to all the construction around.

The location and cleanliness and staff were friendly

No shuttle to and from airport. Jolene recommended a person who will take me to airport early morning for $35 which I took and the person right away texted me and picked me up promptly but when we arrived at the terminal- she told me a different price it went to $45??? Airport is only 15 mins away w/o traffic coz it was early am but may take 25mins with traffic… nevertheless, I wasn’t happy when price went up $10 more from what I was told😱👎🏼 whoever happens to read this review…. take UBER!!!

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean-bathroom also. Location was excellent; the only issue was the bathroom floor got soaked when the shower was on, but we turned the shower head to the wall & that took care of it. Would stay there again & highly recommend. Also, breakfast buffet was great, and again, staff very friendly and personable.

The only issue as previously stated was the wet floor from the shower. Everything else was great!

The location was superb, not far from broadway at all just down the hill or up the hill when walking back to hotel. The continental breakfast was very good and hot. The room was a decent size not too big but not too small either. The bed, along with pillows were comfortable for me.

It seemed that one of the elevators were down and during 4th of July weekend that wasn't good, it seemed faster to take the stairs up and down & my room was on the 4th floor. I went to pool 1 day during my stay and wish that there were more chairs; however the pool was smaller & didn't know if anymore could fit in the area.

As it faces Broadway avenue, it was so noisy all the time.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Asked for extra towels to be brought to the room. Told front desk we were leaving after waiting an hour. Was told housekeeping would bring them and leave them in our room. That was fine. However, when we returned to our room, the door was ajar and not secure. The towels were in the room. It was concerning to us that our room was left unsecure due to the door not being shut. Nothing was missing, but this was a little scary.
