Breakfast was awesome- loved the selection, and made to order omelette station. The staff were super friendly. Our room was impeccable and super spacious- like a one bedroom apartment. The view from our room was spectacular! Also loved the proximity of the hotel to all the hot spots. Everything in walking distance.

My husband does not drink coffee with breakfast, he prefers coke/pepsi in the morning and the fountain machine was out of soda the entire time of our stay. Wish they would have refilled it. Also the drinks during happy hour were not that great, but not going to complain because they were complimentary.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, plenty of choice and replenished quite frequently. Even when there was a que, it moved quite quick so you were never waiting too long. Evening reception was also a nice addition with 2 free drinks and some snacks. Coffee shop on site was very handy for a coffee to go in the mornings and the restaurant Hand Cut was amazing, great choice and fab atmosphere. Hotel is in a perfect location, a lot of tourist attractions are within walking distance and the Grand Ol Opry is only about 15min away in an Uber. Broadway is literally only a 5min walk away and it felt quite safe to walk back to hotel at night.... big avenues and plenty of lights.

Waiting for lifts can be quite painful around breakfast time or check out time - we waited one morning for 15minutes for a lift to come to our floor so that was very frustrating.

The property was extremely convenient and walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Museum and Bridgestone Arena. The complimentary breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff on the top floor were also super-friendly and accommodating. I cannot remember the lady’s name, but she learnt to make an Australian Lemon Lime and Bitters for me at level 30’s bar and it was PERFECT. And that sums up the staff - they always went out of their way for their guests and made sure everyone was happy.

Would love an ATM in the lobby

Excellent location, good restaurant choices near by, good bar choices near by, close to Broadway/Main Drag, but not too close. Good size room, clean, fridge, sink and microwave. Good dark out blinds. They did a great job with breakfast and happy hour.

I was on the 8th floor facing the HVAC equipment, I did not like the noise/rumbling at night. :-( This is a large hotel with only one elevator bank, so be prepared to wait for an elevator during high peak times, ie shortly before breakfast closes and before check-out time.

How i called ahead and explain to the lady don't recall her name. That i have a heart problem and needed to get my equipment hooked up asap she said i couldn't check in early after was told it would be no problem. After sitting in the lobby for almost 2hrs she comes to me and said 4 rooms just open up. After telling there was none but i will have to pay a extra $50 a day she didn't have to lie to me from the start i was very disappointed and hurt that extra $200 wasn't in my budget

Unfriendly staff and ok breakfast. Made to order breakfast just means there is an omlet station, and it was disorderly and cooks were rude. I was asked to step into the other side to place an order. On the other side, I was offered a pre-made omlet to which I said yes, yet this cook proceeded to tell me to go back to the other side to place an order. Second attempt, I went to the pre-made station, but I was not acknowledged. Instead, the cook greeted the person that came after me.

Room design, bathroom design/quality, dining facilities/breakfast area, pool rooftop facilities, location/access to downtown and Broadway, ability for digital check in/checkout, and overall hotel esthetic.

Digital check in was not linked properly, slow flow to enter drop off/valet area, limited luggage carts, and noise (pollution)from huge car/truck speakers parked on the street playing all Saturday night that could be heard all the way up to at least the 11th floor.

The King suite was amazing for our family! Spacious and we loved our balcony!

The breakfast lines were long with only one side open. The staff at breakfast and at evening reception seemed to not like crowds. We overheard other groups saying the same thing. It often felt like they wished people would leave. Overall they were never rude - just not pleasant or service oriented. We felt bad ever asking for things like napkins or utensils. It very much felt like only 1 line was used at breakfast for the finance of staff. There needs to be more than 2. Working breakfast and evening reception.

This property is beautiful, and everything was extremely clean. The king bed was Sooo comfortable one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in. The staff were so professional and helpful. I can’t say enough about Shannon, and Naomi. My husband forgot to bring a few items and the staff were super accommodating. Did I mention the free breakfast, evening cocktails, and awesome location? Outstanding location in the heart of the action you can walk, no need for driving.

The hotel parking was very expensive each day.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was near everything downtown. The breakfast was great. They even had someone making omelets and waffles if you wanted one. The room accommodations were great. Our room was on the 10th floor facing another building so there wasn't much of a view, but we only stayed one night and we weren't too concerned.

The elevators Sucked! This hotel has 30 floors of rooms(and people) that need to go up and down the elevator to go anywhere, whether it be to the pool, restaurants, or to actually get out, but it didn't matter what time of day, there was a 30 minute wait for the elevator At All Times.(ONLY 1 Elevator working) We took the stairs from the 10th floor upon checkout and we do not recommend this!
