Bkfst was good service needs to improve, staff needs to be trained better, basics manager was trying hard. Marcus talked with us and was scrambling most of time. needs to do more hiring and training people need to be shown and told how to handle customers and do better job of it. Marcus is okay. create a check sheet of what and how to do . Fins, great and staff knew it well. enjoyed it adn great place

room service lacking need to train staff better, need a check sheet and someone to ck behind the maids, not doing basics, ie toilet tissue and kleenex simple stuff. create check lists and ensure being done,

The location was great. One block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame and three block to Broadway. Although it was colder when I was there the Pool deck looks amazing and I did sit outside by the fire. The Staff is so Great!! The property was very clean and the atmoshpere is exactly what you would expect. Can't wait to stay again.

Morgan was an excellent front desk presence. She was kind, welcoming and efficient!

Our room was not cleaned following our first night’s stay. We were out of the room all day long only to return to two overfilled trash cans, an unmade bed and our discarded soiled bath towels which we intentionally left on the floor for retrieval. We phoned housekeeping upon our findings and they promptly brought us fresh towels and discarded our trash. Nevertheless, we expected better service than we received considering the hotel rates.

What to say, went in with mid expectations and was very very happy. Guest services at check in and with checkout luggage storage was great. Rooms are very large, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, slightly off Broadway so it keeps the noise down, but a short walk to all the bars/venues/museums. JWBs for dinner ( tropical fish fry ) was one of the best I have ever had. Went back on Saturday for another helping. Brunch buffet was delicious. Overall exceeded expectations

The food at Fins Pub on the 4th floor pool area was only so so, otherwise I would have rated overall higher. The pool is in the small side, wasn’t packed on a cooler Friday evening, but Saturday afternoon was standing room only. For pool time on a nice day, get there early for a spot. Overall only minor issues, otherwise highly recommend.

first floor restaurant didn't fit it wasn't as good as it was expensive... I will be back 4th Floor Fins was amazing 😍😍

My husband and I stayed here a couple years ago and it was just as great this time.....maybe even better! We love going to fins for a quick drink and a bite.....and it's awesome that the JWB bar opens for breakfast now...that's new. We also love the security....and the new room key bracelets....genius!! The bed is so incredibly comfortable! And we also love the fact that it's not directly on Broadway.....but it's close....it's a nice walk. Easy to come back to the room, drop off souvenirs from shopping or to grab more $ and head right back out.

The water pressure isn't ideal....but still works. And I think the shower door should move a little bit....to avoid so much water being splashed out onto the bathroom floor

Ok, the mirror on the wall as you walk in the room needs an outlet close by. The pillows were pretty bad. The Shower was great as long as you turned the shower head all the way down and to the wall, otherwise the floor would get soaked. You could also consider putting some kind of sideboard in the bathroom to set things on since it’s so spacious ❤️

Breakfast ok at JWB. Sausage was not good. Fins was great! Live music at both restaurants was great. Loved the rooftop pool. We did rent a cabana which was pricey $476 but it was a good experience. The location is perfect to broadway! Starbucks onsite is a plus! Overall great experience!

The bathroom doors do not close. It’s like a farm style door and it keeps sliding open no matter how much you try to keep it closed. No microwave in room. Paid $57 for parking

The room was very big & comfortable! The staff had upgraded us to a Suite as we were celebrating a big birthday !

The Swimming Pool .. I booked the hotel as it had a Pool ! But this turned out to be quite small.. U had to go 30 min before opening & queue to get a bed . Within 10 min the Loungers were completely gone & the pool was jammed with guests all day as there was nowhere to go !
