We loved that it was centrally located to all you want to visit downtown. We left the car at the hotel and walked the majority of our time there. Saved us time looking for a parking spot and money for parking around town. Breakfast was good. Better than other hotels we've stayed at. The free evening complementary drinks were a bonus. Cleaning service was done every day, and she made sure we had plenty of clean towels. You won't regret staying at this location.

This is a gem of a property in Nashville, staff are all very helpful and go out their way (Jeff) who works in the restaurant area was excellent. Few things to note about why you should stay here, it’s about 7 min walk to Broadway so location is perfect, just far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk home late at night. The hotel has so much to offer, fairly equipped gym, large heated pool with an indoor and outdoor section, massive outdoor hot tub which was pretty busy from 6pm onwards. The hotel also includes Breakfast, free drinks happy hour from 530-7pm as well as food on offer during happy hour. Room was large and had everything you could need, comfortable bed, decent shower and cable tv. I would 100% return and stay here again, you won’t be disappointed.

We loved the location, the meals, and our whole stay was pleasant all around. The hotel was only a few blocks away from Broadway Street. So, we walked everywhere we wanted to go, instead of dealing with finding a parking spot or the craziness of downtown. FYI.. the parking on site and is in a parking garage, which is not free, it's $35/ day, and you pay daily after you are already there... And we didn't see any other parking options. But the daily breakfast and dinner with 3 alcoholic drinks definitely made up for that extra expense. They switched up their main dishes everyday, but it was all yummy. The staff were all really helpful and kind, too. We were also happy with the cleanliness. I would definitely book here again.

A couple of things that weren't expected or desirable of our stay were the construction outside our window and the parking situation. Every morning after a late night out on the town, we were awoken at 6 am to a bunch of metal banging and a crane moving around our window. The construction crew were hard workers, cause they didn't stop till 6pm ish. Haha. I wasn't super put off by it, due to us staying throughout the week instead of the weekend, but yeah, it definitely wasn't something we could sleep through.

Meals had lots of options with fresh fruit. Yogurt was the same everyday variety would have been a bonus. Staff were always working to keep the hot entrees hot, all option refilled and the area clean. I swim laps daily and the pool was sufficient to get in a nice workout. If the temp is in single digits its closed customer may want to know this bit. There was staff attending to the facilities at all times I was there. The staff particularly Blue Ewes was helpful with suggestions of venues that may interest us and he was spot on! Housekeeping staff were little ninjas making our room fresh when we were out for the day

The location is great for walking to many key attractions and far enough from Broadway to be a relief from the party atmosphere. Sadly there is a fire hall one block away which was busy responding to calls all night every night. Our room on the south east corner of the property resulted in wakeful nights

The staff at the Drury Plaza downtown Nashville are very friendly and accommodating from the start to finish of our stay. After a long day of traveling, check-in was slick, went up to our room and dropped off our luggage and went to our first night of the complimentary "Kick off" of refreshments. Cocktails and a wonderful selection of delicious hot and cold hors d'oeurves. What a surprise! Then we headed to the hot tub and pool to end our evening. Breakfast was a delight, stations of many different hot and cold breakfast items. They fed hundreds of people! Dining staff were very pleasant and helpful. The standard room with 2 queens was good size room, very comfortable and sound proof. Housekeeping did their job well, very very clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Drury very much and will stay there again when returning to Nashville(which didn't disappoint either)!

The location was perfect and the amenities were the best. Having a restaurant in the hotel with a bar and live music at night was a bonus. We arrived after 10 PM the night we checked in in the bar has food until midnight. With live music, it was perfect. Also, you get three free drinks during happy hour each night was complementary breakfast and dinner. Things we didn’t know, but it ended up being a great bonus to have. The pool and hot tub also did not disappoint. It offered a great place to relax in the morning or after a long day outside seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

The location of this hotel was great- Close enough to Broadway st. but without the noise. I really liked that they serve Dinner every night for free+ 3 drinks for free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The parking cost money but the amount is less then other hotels and there was no problem finding a parking spot in the parking garage. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I think it will be great if you add vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers to the breakfast service but overall there are a lot of other options.

The location was excellent. Handy for all the attractions. The reception staff were without exception, helpful, friendly courteous but above all professional. They were excellent. The room was comfortable and had plenty of in-room facilities, coffee, microwave, fridge, etc. The hotel itslf is well-appointed with a fully equipped gym and laundry.

We were given vouchers on check-in for 3 free drinks each per night and advised that there was free food available in the evening and a free breakfast each day in a buffet restaurant upstairs. The quality of the food on offer both in the evening and at breakfast was pretty grim (but it was free) The drinks choice is limited but acceptable. Clearly this suited most people because the buffet area was packed most nights. If you want something better, there is a proper restaurant on the same floor which is very good.

The property kept on giving. Great central location (but not that close that we experienced too much noise from party goers). The "happy hour" was great and much more generous on both food and drinks than anticipated. The rooms were generously sized and comfortable, with good amenities. The requested baby cot was in room when we arrived and the check in team were super helpful and attentive. I loved how easy the parking was with direct lift access. And the in/out pool was a great touch. The breakfast was satisfactory and plentiful. I simply cannot fault this property and its value for money. A great choice on our first visit to Nashville and a very comfortable and hospitable stay for our family.

The breakfast food could have done with a few "healthier" options (ie fresh fruit salad, avocado, etc) but what was on offer was tasty and plentiful. Nothing to complain about. And very attentive team to clear tables etc. A nice experience all in all.

Fab location, 5 mins walk to the downtown area. Quiet at night, with a really cozy bed that gave us a good nights sleep. We did not bother with the free drinks or food in the evening after the 1st night as it was busy and we were too busy having fun in Honky Tonk to pop back to the hotel!! Great breakfast with fresh cooked pancakes.

Check in could of been a little more welcoming! we were greeted by a lady called Miracle, who was clearly going through the motions of checking us in and came across as rude. When we asked her for directions, she told us the wrong way, felt she could not be bothered to help/give advice. First impressions were not great.
