We loved that it was centrally located to all you want to visit downtown. We left the car at the hotel and walked the majority of our time there. Saved us time looking for a parking spot and money for parking around town. Breakfast was good. Better than other hotels we've stayed at. The free evening complementary drinks were a bonus. Cleaning service was done every day, and she made sure we had plenty of clean towels. You won't regret staying at this location.

Ideal location, staff all polite and helpful, loved the kickback idea! We only got to go a couple of times but awesome idea. Never stayed in a Drury before but definitely will in the future.

The only thing I thought could have been better was the drink service to the pool. The pool was full of people and someone came by to see if we wanted drinks very infrequently. In fact we purchased drinks and were told to settle the bill before 5 but if not it would get added to the room. We then were in the pool almost an hour and no one came back for us to ask about the bill and we could hardly go into the bar dripping wet. Last little thing - fries as an option in the bar would be nice !

The hotel was in a great location to walk downtown. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the kickback meals and drinks. The room was very cleaned. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Miracle was so kind checking us in when we arrived and would check in on us when we went to the lobby. Tayvon at front desk was very upbeat and friendly too. A big shout out to Bleu and Jeff. My son lost his necklace and Bleu helped him locate it. Jeff found it the night before at the pool. All staff was friendly and very attentive. The housekeeping staff was great. They did a great job restocking the towels and cleaning. The dining and bar staff were very kind and made you feel at home. All and all a great hotel with a great staff.

There is a fire station close by so if you're a light sleeper the sirens will wake you up.

We loved the location, the meals, and our whole stay was pleasant all around. The hotel was only a few blocks away from Broadway Street. So, we walked everywhere we wanted to go, instead of dealing with finding a parking spot or the craziness of downtown. FYI.. the parking on site and is in a parking garage, which is not free, it's $35/ day, and you pay daily after you are already there... And we didn't see any other parking options. But the daily breakfast and dinner with 3 alcoholic drinks definitely made up for that extra expense. They switched up their main dishes everyday, but it was all yummy. The staff were all really helpful and kind, too. We were also happy with the cleanliness. I would definitely book here again.

A couple of things that weren't expected or desirable of our stay were the construction outside our window and the parking situation. Every morning after a late night out on the town, we were awoken at 6 am to a bunch of metal banging and a crane moving around our window. The construction crew were hard workers, cause they didn't stop till 6pm ish. Haha. I wasn't super put off by it, due to us staying throughout the week instead of the weekend, but yeah, it definitely wasn't something we could sleep through.

It was extremely close to Nissan Stadium, so walking to it was beautiful and only took about 10 min, the free drinks and dinner snack was cool, didn't have time to check out the pool but I'm sure it was nice, also you have to use your room key to even use the elevator, I had never seen that before, made me feel safe, cause only guests could access the floors other than the lobby where you check in

So what I didn't like, I had booked with booking.com, great no problem, so in doing so I had no clue there was a fee for parking.. I didn't know till on the way to the hotel that they charge for parking even if your staying at THEIR hotel, it was annoying, and you kinda don't have a choice cause where else are you gonna park in downtown Nashville, already paying for the room now I gotta pay another 50 just to park! Other than that, I loved this hotel, felt rich for a day 🤣

Meals had lots of options with fresh fruit. Yogurt was the same everyday variety would have been a bonus. Staff were always working to keep the hot entrees hot, all option refilled and the area clean. I swim laps daily and the pool was sufficient to get in a nice workout. If the temp is in single digits its closed customer may want to know this bit. There was staff attending to the facilities at all times I was there. The staff particularly Blue Ewes was helpful with suggestions of venues that may interest us and he was spot on! Housekeeping staff were little ninjas making our room fresh when we were out for the day

The location is great for walking to many key attractions and far enough from Broadway to be a relief from the party atmosphere. Sadly there is a fire hall one block away which was busy responding to calls all night every night. Our room on the south east corner of the property resulted in wakeful nights

This is a gem of a property in Nashville, staff are all very helpful and go out their way (Jeff) who works in the restaurant area was excellent. Few things to note about why you should stay here, it’s about 7 min walk to Broadway so location is perfect, just far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk home late at night. The hotel has so much to offer, fairly equipped gym, large heated pool with an indoor and outdoor section, massive outdoor hot tub which was pretty busy from 6pm onwards. The hotel also includes Breakfast, free drinks happy hour from 530-7pm as well as food on offer during happy hour. Room was large and had everything you could need, comfortable bed, decent shower and cable tv. I would 100% return and stay here again, you won’t be disappointed.

All of the staff at the front desk were so welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I forget their names, but they gave me an overview of all of the amenities and the different meal opportunities for the hotel guests. I loved the king bed; it was so comfortable. I slept all through the night. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Nashville and will look for Drury in other cities I travel to. Oh, and I loved the 24-hr locked door policy! I was so comfortable knowing that policy was strictly enforced.

I have no complaints. Even though it was downtown, I had no problems entering or leaving the hotel to travel around.

We hit the breakfast bar early and found the food was plentiful and warm. The bacon, egg and cheese scramble was fresh, the eggs cooked fluffy with melty cheese. I was impressed by the flavorful gravy and biscuits! I could have made a complete meal of that alone. The waffle - pancake bar was a real hit, fresh with hot syrup. The different juice flavors and multiple coffees were a welcome addition. I could not believe my eyes when I found oatmeal, all kinds of fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal & milk…it was amazing.

It’s hard to complain when anything you can imagine is offered for a free breakfast, but if I had to find something to ask for, I’d wish for bacon to be offered instead of (or along side) of the sausage. Also a scrambled egg without meat would have been nice. But other than those two suggestions, that’s all I can find fault with.

The staff at the Drury Plaza downtown Nashville are very friendly and accommodating from the start to finish of our stay. After a long day of traveling, check-in was slick, went up to our room and dropped off our luggage and went to our first night of the complimentary "Kick off" of refreshments. Cocktails and a wonderful selection of delicious hot and cold hors d'oeurves. What a surprise! Then we headed to the hot tub and pool to end our evening. Breakfast was a delight, stations of many different hot and cold breakfast items. They fed hundreds of people! Dining staff were very pleasant and helpful. The standard room with 2 queens was good size room, very comfortable and sound proof. Housekeeping did their job well, very very clean. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Drury very much and will stay there again when returning to Nashville(which didn't disappoint either)!
