Did not eat breakfast there. It could have been included.

The first night we were there a man followed us into the hotel. There was no employees around. We didn’t realize it until we got off the elevator and he got off with us. Tried to use the phone to call front desk. No one answered. I just stayed by the elevator with my daughter and friend until he got back in the elevator. I purposely booked this hotel and not an Airbnb because it was close and there would be someone at the front desk.

The location was perfect for us! We wanted to go to the Johnny Cash Museum, The Country Music Hall of Fame and check out the night life on Broadway. This was the perfect location to meet our needs because my husband has trouble walking too far. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all so friendly. Our suite was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Location, amenities and cleanliness were fantastic. Breakfast was a great selection and the Italian restaurant on-site amazing. As a female solo traveller always felt safe and having the hotel so close helped with this.

Night time noise, but it was the memorial weekend holiday so extra busy. Putting earplugs in solved the problem and it was worth it for location. Lighting in room could be a bit brighter.

Best location, right in the heart of the Nashville Music district, literally just a 30 second walk from all the best attractions and bars in downtown Nashville. My only gripe was they would not validate my parking in the parking garage that they directed me to park in. Other than that, it was a great.

Excellent breakfast (thank you Susie for the omelets!), Excellent concierge service (thank you Flo for the advices !). Excellent valet service (thank you Lex for changing our flat tire !). One block away from Broadway, one block away from the Country Music Hall of Fame, perfect location.

In spite of the double glazed windows, we could still hear the noise from Broadway late at night

The location is as close to perfect as possible. view was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Room service wash prompt and professional.

A couple of maintenance issues. Shower head didn’t function properly. Reported first day and never resolved. Flush mechanism is toilet broke. That was repaired promptly but housekeeping did not replace towels used to clean up the mess.

I booked a king room suite and ended up with 2 very small beds that my wife and i had to sleep in seperete beds on our aniveraary because there was no way we both could sleep in the small double , and our shower water temperature barly got luke warm , mentioned this in the text they send you

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is so close to Broadway, just minutes from entertainment. The room was excellent, so spacious with a unique layout. The bed was so comfortable, we got an excellent night's rest.

When we arrived, the valet attendant was very nice and helpful. However, we received a very different response when we went to the valet counter to receive our car upon check out. We also went to the coffee shop at checkout, and the barista was extremely rude to us and made us terrible drinks, which we threw away after one sip.

Location, and it was beautiful. The.breakfast buffet was delicious and presented beautifully. Room and entire hotel was very clean. Staff so helpful and polite.

It was so expensive. We’re on a fixed income but my husband treated me to the Vince Gill concert at the Ryman. But we understand it has to with the location and excellent amenities. I recently had spinal surgery and a hip replacement and it was imperative to be close to all venues so I didn’t have to walk far.

The homeless people that were allowed to sit outside and bother/panhandle from the patrons along with being allowed to mess with vehicles parked outside the hotel. It was very disturbing to see one homeless man brake apart and vandalize a vehicle parked outside while the guys parking cars saw everything but yet did nothing about it. It took another guest to call security then police for something to be done about it.
