Excellent location and staff was Amazing .. we got a message from our host indicating a low battery signal from the door lock .. within minutes the batteries were replaced … right before check out we had the pleasure of seeing and talking to our maintenance person who was absolutely amazing and informative for our return trip .. side note I have had several lower back fusions and typically find it extremely difficult to find accommodations that provide a comfortable bed .. I can honestly say this stay wasn’t only top notch but provided more comfort for sleeping than even the bed I have at home!!! My husband and I would a million percent recommend this location to anyone visiting Nashville/Broadway .. We will absolutely be back and staying here again and AGAIN!!! Thanks so much for the comfort, location and amazing hospitality!!! 100/10. ABSOLUTE PERFECT STAY!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect!!!

I had an amazing stay at Nashville Riverfront Lofts! The location is unbeatable, situated right off Broadway, making it incredibly convenient to walk to all the hot spots. Whether you're exploring the vibrant nightlife or checking out local attractions, everything is within easy reach. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also felt very safe, as the property has multiple coded doors to ensure secure access. What truly set this place apart was the excellent staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me gain early access to my room and offering luggage storage for my later flight. Their exceptional service made my trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Nashville Riverfront Lofts to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville!

Only having a few days to stay and enjoy Nashville.

The place was close to almost everything within walking distance. The property manager was available as needed. Overall was good place to stay.

If I could make a recommendation it would be to provide a few extra of the following when prople are staying longwr than 2days. Only six bottles of water for a weeks stay. Only one towel and one wash cloth for the week. Maybe leave a dishwasher pod to help so guests aren't scrambling their first night in town or two washcloths. The fridge kept leaking, but the property manager was aware. It would have been nice to have known about the construction in advance.

Location was perfect and because of the code locks on the front door and two other doors before we reached our room we felt so safe! The bed was very comfortable and the room clean.

Two things we didn't like. One was there was no window. Even though we knew this ahead of time, I didn't realize how we really did miss not having a window. The 2nd was the lighting in the bathroom. It was really hard to see well enough to put make-up on. Usually I will step over by a window and use a mirror to put my make-up on, but there was no window lol Maybe brighter light bulbs in the bathroom would benefit the women?

This was a prime location for our stay in Nashville. Perfect for walking Broadway and taking in the attractions. Security of the place was awesome. Exceptionally clean room. Very comfortable bedding. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing in our opinion. This was an exceptionally nice room that had everything we needed for our stay!

Location Size of space

Doors were not often locked, kept on latch so didn’t feel as secure. People could follow you through the locked doors without checking they were guests. Painting the walls ? and smell of paint and spilt paint thinners in the hallway - unfortunate maintenance work perhaps but there was no signage up and it was a very pungent smell and I was unsure what you could touch or brush past

We are a group of five friends that have known each other for years and are 65+. We loved coming back to a spot close to everything. We had comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms and hang out areas.

I would clean the dirty spot on the carpet upstairs. Big stain! Many mirrors against the walls in the closets. Fix them and hang them for guest to get ready to go out.

I liked how close it was to all of music row and how easily accessible it was. I was a little worried we’d hear the music from our room but once you entered the building, you couldn’t hear anything!! Perfect!

The only thing I didn’t care for was how dark it was inside the room especially the bathroom. I understand there are no windows but brighter lightbulbs would be great! 😊

the location was a central location. walking distance to everything on broadway. so central anytime we needed to use the restroom and didn’t want to go to the ones in the bar we just kept coming back to the place to use it and change outfits 🤣

had a teenager with us so not much to do in Nashville after 7pm, including dinner. place didn’t have much to keep a teenager entertained like a pool (we didn’t have access to the pool as it’s only for the top penthouse) or smart tvs/ROKU for Netflix. had small issues like lights in the bathroom flickering, remotes to tv didn’t work, and bedroom tv was locked so couldn’t use it. told the owner and they’re going to look into the issues/concerns I mentioned which was nice that they responded.

Amazing location, wonderful unit (#5 Riverview). Just look at the picture of this unit - it’s as amazing in reality as it looks in the pictures. Huge windows that look out over the river and Nissan Stadium. Huge space, quiet sleeping room which is amazing given the location. Loved the coffee maker and coffee they provide. Also - Shannon the property manager is incredibly responsive and accommodating.
