Awesome location best you could get . Checked in a little early and they were very accomodating with that . The room faculties were great - the kitchenette and lounge and tv area awesome . The laundry was fantastic- able to wash and dry your clothes -great industrial modern machine and dryer was super quick loads . The Starbucks coffee station was great as it was freezing in Nashville ( some snow ) so it was great after returning back home to have a hot chocolate .

The laundry was small so no room to put other people washing ready for next in line or last person in lines washing . A consistent droning noise in pipes in room -but I did tell the managers and they will follow up if this is expected?

It was a nice, secure hotel. We didn’t realize it was only a very active block from Broadway. If you want to be right in it, this is a great place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff we talked to in person or on the phone were very nice.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The tv was logged out of the wifi but we called and they sent the security guard to help us and everyone was very nice and helpful. The parking garage that you have to park in isn’t in/out, so we ended up paying about $80 to stay one night because we had dinner reservations. Not really the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of.

The room was really large with lots of space to move around. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was superb - so close to the amenities of Broadway so we could always pop home. They also provided a very effective steamer! The staff were lovely and helpful and at least for the first night we had free water at the entrance

The room had nowhere to unpack or hang our things - it was a huge room so there would have been ample space to put some drawers or a rail. The room also had no window which was a bit discombobulating but on the plus side, it kept the street noise out! It's a busy area so the hallway was very loud at night - it would have also been nice to get some discount for parking. For a place that didn't serve breakfast, it would have been nice to have some additional cooking facilities

Loved the location of the hotel to all restaurants, bars, and sites. The staff was very friendly and did anything to help if and when we needed anything. Amazing and comfortable beds. I love the fact that robes are offered in these rooms as well.

The road construction outside at times was a little noisy in the mornings when we're trying to sleep. After a while, we just learned to tune it out. I do think that the room rates could be a little bit more affordable. Other than that, this hotel is top-notch.

Very nice and spacious room, in perfect walking distance to downtown, with an 'industrial style' decor. Given the neighbourhood and the bars outside and in the basement of the building, it was remarkably quiet.

Ventilation in the room was a bit loud. Check-in process without anyone being present was also a bit cumbersome (upload jpg of ID, call to give them a credit card number etc.) even though people were very responsive. Door to the room reacted quite slowly to my bluetooth key (I guess if your mobile is out of battery you would have a bit of a problem). Cleaning only every 2nd day, which was ok though.

The hotel is positioned perfectly! Using the app to get into the building an then into the room was a breeze! The rooms are exactly like the pictures, we were very happy with the room! Tea, coffee etc is free on each floor and good quality beans freshly ground. Everything is nearby that you would want to visit. We all loved this hotel!

The fire alarm went off early, the staff that were there didn't have a clue what to do and we stood outside until the Fire Dept. checked the building and said it was a fault on a sensor. Even though the front desk is not permanently manned there should be someone that is able to deal with this situation.

The location of the hotel is very good right in downtown walking distance to everything. The view from our room was out to the road being fixed so that was not great but once we understood what happened there in 2020 on the road we didn’t let it bother us. Try to relocate to riverside, but cost was too much so we stayed which was good because close to exit the coffee machine at entrance is Awesome!!!!! There is also a Keurig in your room. Coffee is supplied throughout the day, which is awesome. Specialty coffee I should say the girl at office was very helpful with check in cause App. Wasn’t working on my phone? The upper deck outside was nice but was a bit steamy so only set up there early morning. I will check availability at Studio's 154 when in town again.

We didn’t care for the view of parking garage and road construction. But location was key factor and clean new rooms were a huge plus

This room absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was so big, spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the coffee area where we could make Starbucks coffee from the machine and we loved the addition of the different kinds of milk. The location was perfect, and we could easily get to Broadway and around Nashville from where we were located. We utilized the rooftop for drinks together and watched the fireworks, and we had so much fun!!! I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. It was well worth the money!

The only negative thing about this room was that there were no mirrors, and the only mirror we had was in the bathroom. With six girls getting ready every day, it was a very long process!

Great location with a beautiful view of the river! Spacious room with two comfortable king beds, large bathroom, kitchenette, and mini bar. Starbucks coffee (fresh ground) was free and offered on each floor. Virtual check-in and no front desk hassle.

Disappointed that we booked a room with a balcony space only to get there and find out that the space was enclosed varying from the online photos- windows had been installed. Still a nice space to have coffee in the morning and sit outside at night, the windows opened, but it was not a true balcony, but a sunroom or patio. Being that it was between 87 and 93 degrees in the afternoon, and it was not temperature controlled aside from a ceiling fan, it was uncomfortable to go out there unless it was early morning or after the sun went down as there was no breeze being enclosed in glass like that.

Lovely stylish rooms and a good size. The roof top is so nice with fantastic views of the river. Location is perfect for all the bars. They are pedestrianising outside so there is some roadworks going on at present but didn’t affect our stay and it will make it even better when it’s finished.

Nowhere to hang any clothes. The key to the room is done on an app so you need WiFi which I wasn’t able to get initially which caused a bit of stress on arrival as there is no one there to check in with after a certain time.
