Location is fantastic! Booked a studio and received an upgrade to one bedroom apartment. Loved it so much we ended up staying another night unplanned so it came in very hand to have the washer and dryer in the unit which also included laundry soap :)

Not a major thing; however, was not expecting the reservation follow-up steps. Have to wait to receive text, enter identification information, upload photos of driver's license and take a selfie for additional verification, and complete checklist for rental agreement. Again, not a major thing, just something to keep in mind that you will have to follow-up and complete those steps after reserving.

We came here for a three night stay. We booked the one bedroom deluxe. Check was easy and front desk answered any questions we had. Elevators were quick unlike what some other reviews said and we were on the 12th floor. The apartment was great. Definitely booking here again. Super clean rooms and black out curtains in addition to those panels that don't block out much light. Bed and pillows were nice. The central air kicks in quickly once you adjust the temperature. Tv in the bedroom and common room. The balcony comfortably sit two chairs and a table. The island table has tall chairs for extra seating. The pool and hot tub (not hot but lukewarm) were fairly empty both Friday and Saturday which was nice. There a separate beach towels you can use instead of using your own apartment towels. There's a no glass policy so just as long as your drinks are in a can, you're good to go. There's a convenient store around the corner that has everything you need so that was a plus. 6 min walk from the strip which was great because it's close enough and the party sound doesn't keep you up while trying to sleep.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here but usually on the 30th floor. The apartment was clean & in a great location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the mattress sinks in the middle. It needs to be replaced. The facility & staff were great. We will definitely return.

Parking garage was well lit and seemed a reasonable rate for the area. Very convenient to park in garage and be right by lobby. Employees were all very friendly, professional and check in was easy. Maintenance worker was friendly and came right away to address a very minor issue. Spotless and clean .... balcony was huge with great views. Highly recommended staying here. Short walk to Broadway and other attractions. Great area, secure and well maintained building. Front desk lobby staff were wonderful 👏 full size kitchen appliances, fridge, dishwasher and in room laundry! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect set up for extended vacation to cook and prepare meals. Lobby staff will accept grocery and other deliveries. Excellent value.

There was nothing I did not like. I can't even nitpick and find an issue to bring up. Perfect location and accommodation for Nashville stay.

The view from our room on the 28th floor (room 2805) was AWESOME! We liked the friendly, helpful staff, room cleanliness including No Bugs :), and the comfortable bed & pillows. The kitchen was funtionable and included a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods. Security was good & we felt safe. The hot tub on the pool deck was not heating, but was promptly fixed. We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub & on loungers on pool deck. We loved the proximity to Broadway which was only a short two block walk, so we didn't need to add the cost of a rental car & parking. Several Lyft rides took care our needs over the 6 days. The on site cafe with delicious food & a close mini mart grocery store were convenient. The washer/dryer were convenient for clothes & towels. I brought extra detergent pods. Extra towels, TP & coffee pods were delivered halfway through our stay. There is also a phone number to call to address needs as they occur. The three elevators had good response & speed with no long waits.

1. There is no counter on the bathroom sink or table to place bathroom cosmetics. We used the disability bench in the tub as a surface for some items. We would suggest a small sink cabinet be installed in the bathroom as the present sink is not stable & will eventually detach from the wall. Another suggestion is a small table just outside the bathroom to place cosmetics. 2. The kitchen utensils drawer is missing a spatula to flip eggs, hamburgers, etc.

Beautiful apartment with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher and more than enough plates, glasses and cups to see you though. Beautiful view and very comfortable bed. TV was also a great quality with all the apps that you could need. Great location - only a few minutes walk to Broadway and most of the attractions that you could want to see! Also had luggage storage on ours last night so we could continue expiring Nashville without carting bags around with us. Had a lovely stay - thank you!

The constant sirens from outside - I mean, I don't blame this on the property - it was a couple of blocks from Broadway and we were on the 30th floor..I guess the sound travels up and Nashville apparently has a rather impressive Police Force who are always after someone 🤣 but maybe we were a bit TOO close to Broadway for a full night's sleep!

My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe sky. We were on the 30th floor and the view was amazing. It was the perfect size, views were amazing, amenities were plentiful. There is a DGX (Dollar General) right around the corner (2 min walk) that has everything you could need. It was cold during our trip but we stayed nice and toasty inside watching Netflix. The smart TV makes every subscription service available just like home. We didn't cook but the full size kitchen gives you the option.

I didn't like that I wasn't informed of the parking amount beforehand. It was $40 overnight. I didn't mind paying it but I think that should be shared and not be an unexpected expense to out of towners.

We had a great stay at this apartment complex during our visit to Nashville. Parking was surprisingly easy and convenient using the SpotHero app (honestly, we don’t understand the negative reviews about parking). The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and check-in/check-out was smooth and straightforward. The location was fantastic! Just a short two-block walk to Broadway, and right next door to a steakhouse, a Mexican restaurant, a grocery store, and a cozy café.

The elevators were painfully slow at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable.. frequently dropping or too slow to be of any real use.

Location is AMAZING! Very short walk to the Bridgestone arena, Broadway, museums, and restaurants. You could not ask for a better location. Large kitchen, ample space, extremely friendly staff, and very accommodating. Property was great, room was clean and very safe. Would absolutely stay there anytime we are in Nashville!!

We loved everything, but if I had to find something negative, I would say the bed felt a little small for a queen. I found it slightly uncomfortable, but it’s a firm mattress, and I like a soft mattress. My boyfriend thought the mattress was fine. It’s really just personal preference, and not something that was a big deal in anyway.

The front desk staff were great. They made checking in and just coming in simple and welcoming. The place overall was great, but with room for improvements.

While the room was somewhat clean, it was very clear when we first arrived that it could've been a lot cleaner (crumbs on the floor, out of the way areas ignored, etc). Also, the room simply could rarely get warm enough to be super comfortable. Note that it was VERY cold outside during our stay, but the heat didn't stay in too well. Also, having additional hangers in the place (definitely not enough), more things like a broom/dustpan/etc. would've been very useful. The TV setup often wouldn't work and/or failed and the Internet was not great.
