Location great for accessing downtown Nashville and Nissan Stadium for a concert.

1I requested a bathroom with bathtub - not an unusual request for a premium priced room. We received an accessible room with bathtub which had odd amenities such a shortened closet and bathroom hairdryer case placed on the floor. Strange , weird, and bizarre. Staff explained situation. Sorry - I should have been told you DONT havbe bathtubs unless you stay in an accessible room with strange, weird and bizarre accommodations. 2) Our flight weather delayed so we missed first night - I asked for reservation revision which was NOT responded to and apparently was denied. A premium hotel should have policy to share the pain instead of dumping all weather risk on the client.

Valet was a disappointment when we tried to leave @11:30 pm. We were ready to head home after a concert. The Valet was nowhere to be found! We waited an hour. Others had been waiting longer. A few of us decided to go look in the parking garage. He finally brought someone's car out. We just asked for our keys to go get our own car. I don't think the gentleman was in any shape to be driving. It took him several minutes to find our keys. I feel sure he was struggling to find the car he had gone after. Or he had fallen asleep........

The hotel was very well situated downtown (SoBro). A short walk from all the attractions and live music venues, yet quiet and safe. It was very new and everything was clean and fresh feeling. We had an excellent room with a view of the city. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I didn't like being charged a resort fee of $22US per day for essentially 2 bottles of water per day and a few other perks that most people wouldn't use... ( like discount on laundry, fresh juice in lobby for a couple of hours in the early morning, music in the lobby on Friday). I also had an issue with how they interpreted "breakfast included". Essentially we were told that we had $50US included per day that we could spend on breakfast. So we spent under that daily, only to be told at check-out that we were being charged over 20% for gratuities on $50US, whether on not we spent that amount and whether or not we already gave gratuities... This needs to be clarified for guests in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding night in Nashville. The Deluxe Corner King Room with city view had an amazing view of the Batman building and overlooking the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was very well put together. Very much Music City inspired. There is only valet parking, and it cost 50-60 per day. We didn’t care for that, but the valet staff, and hotel staff in general were all VERY accommodating and polite. We ordered a pizza to the room, and I can’t speak for other offerings, but we DO NOT recommend the pizza.

The hotel rooms are a great size with really comfy beds. Great to have an outdoor pool in the middle of the city and good gym facilities. Perfect location short walk to the action but away from the noise .

Valet parking all the time expensive would have like easier access to car park as it is advertised. There maybe access but when I called I was told to valet park. As we were coming and going a lot with the car it really adds up though it is very handy.

Hotel accommodation/room was excellent ….loved the room and the facilities. Within in walking distance to everything.

Use extra caution using the valet parking service!! I now have a door ding on my Driver side door! This ruined my stay as it will now cost me hundreds to repair. I assumed my car would be in great hands….was I wrong. Should have inspected my car at tpickup. My mistake. I have been fuming over this all the way back home. Had it never happened I would have given the hotel a much better review. Immensely disappointed with the valet service!!

The question is whether this is a security deposit or a charge and when will it be released if it is a security deposit.And yesterday at 4pm, they paid the bill at checkout in the amount of 2512.26 with confirmation 6477550501 and booking 4405573751. I request that the charge or hold of $2527 be cancelled. they charged without notice during the check-in

The location was in the heart of the city. Perfect to walk to the Listening Room, Broadway and Printers Alley. The noise of the city isn't heard from the rooms. Beds are SUPER comfortable! The attention to detail in this hotel is unmatched. I enjoyed walking around and checking out all the fun wallpaper on the different floors, Truly a treat to stay here.

While the staff were friendly, none of the people at the front desk were familiar with the area when asked proximity questions. They did their best to help, but you could tell they would be no service in terms of recommendations and location assistance.
