The hotel was very well situated downtown (SoBro). A short walk from all the attractions and live music venues, yet quiet and safe. It was very new and everything was clean and fresh feeling. We had an excellent room with a view of the city. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

I didn't like being charged a resort fee of $22US per day for essentially 2 bottles of water per day and a few other perks that most people wouldn't use... ( like discount on laundry, fresh juice in lobby for a couple of hours in the early morning, music in the lobby on Friday). I also had an issue with how they interpreted "breakfast included". Essentially we were told that we had $50US included per day that we could spend on breakfast. So we spent under that daily, only to be told at check-out that we were being charged over 20% for gratuities on $50US, whether on not we spent that amount and whether or not we already gave gratuities... This needs to be clarified for guests in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding night in Nashville. The Deluxe Corner King Room with city view had an amazing view of the Batman building and overlooking the city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was very well put together. Very much Music City inspired. There is only valet parking, and it cost 50-60 per day. We didn’t care for that, but the valet staff, and hotel staff in general were all VERY accommodating and polite. We ordered a pizza to the room, and I can’t speak for other offerings, but we DO NOT recommend the pizza.

Hotel accommodation/room was excellent ….loved the room and the facilities. Within in walking distance to everything.

Use extra caution using the valet parking service!! I now have a door ding on my Driver side door! This ruined my stay as it will now cost me hundreds to repair. I assumed my car would be in great hands….was I wrong. Should have inspected my car at tpickup. My mistake. I have been fuming over this all the way back home. Had it never happened I would have given the hotel a much better review. Immensely disappointed with the valet service!!

The location was in the heart of the city. Perfect to walk to the Listening Room, Broadway and Printers Alley. The noise of the city isn't heard from the rooms. Beds are SUPER comfortable! The attention to detail in this hotel is unmatched. I enjoyed walking around and checking out all the fun wallpaper on the different floors, Truly a treat to stay here.

While the staff were friendly, none of the people at the front desk were familiar with the area when asked proximity questions. They did their best to help, but you could tell they would be no service in terms of recommendations and location assistance.

How close the hotel was to everything.

The hotel was smart, modern and welcoming. Our room was spacious and decor was great, a big comfortable bbed, great lighting and bathroom was amazing. We opted for high level so had good views. We loved the restaurant, enjoyed great breakfasts (so pleased I booked inclusive breakfast package) and a dinner, the coffee was very good. Staff really friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat while we were in Nashville. Proximity to everything on foot was excellent. Broadway, museums, bus pickup for tours, Smokey Moonshine bar. A longer walk or bus needed for Capitol Hill and Music Row.

The pool was lovely but overlooked by buildings so I don’t think sun worshippers would be happy - we enjoyed it.

The breakfast included various choices. The omelet was very tasty. The steel oats were a very generous portion and the fruit plate was excellent. Actually all the portions were generous and nicely presented.

At our first breakfast we ate in the hotel we requested decaf coffee. The waitperson asked if Americano was okay. Not realizing it was espresso it came and was enjoyed. When requesting a second cup she said she would have to charge us and we okayed it. When the bill arrived it was $24 for four coffees. The next breakfast we asked if they had brewed decaf and that waitperson told us they did and we ordered that. The point being the first waitperson should have given us the choice of the two decafs.

We stayed over Christmas while visiting family. Our primary reasons for choosing the Centric were location (close to everything while still feeling off the beaten path), Ellas restaurant, and boutique vibe of this fabulous hotel. We had an amazing corner suite with fab views of the city. Great amenties in the room. Really love this hotel!

Was pricey due to being downtown and during holiday high season, but it was a special occasion and willing to spend extra.

Perfect location!

Got there around 2:30pm to try to get an early check in. Ended up having to wait til almost 4:30pm before our room was ready even though we had friends that checked in after us and they got to go right on up to their room. And we had to get ready for an event and didn’t have as much time as we had planned. Check in is technically 4pm, so the extra 30 minutes we had to wait really set us back.
