The property was very clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was really Good! There were fun activities for kids and family in the lobby as well. Walking distance to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Honkey Tonk.

Tru Hilton was a great place to stay if intending to visit Broadway and downtown activities in Nashville. It was a great location - just a few blocks from Broadway and all of the bars/music venues. Tons of restaurants in the area and very close (walkable) to Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Theater, Convention Center and Assembly Food Hall. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet and breakfast was included.

Parking situation was not great. They have an attached garage for guests to self-park (for a fee of course), but spots were way too narrow and many partially blocked by concrete barriers.

Breakfast was adequate. Was very impressed with Lenroy who seemed to be an allrounder , whether he was at reception or helping out during breakfast he was hardworking and competent. The laundry room is always a plus but we came across this accidently on the last day of our stay which was too late.

The check in lady was not up to the mark. She was abrupt and did not offer any information or water for the room even though we were the only ones checking in at the time. There was no safe in the rooms and no place to store the luggage in the room. there was a sign to store under the bed but you could not even slide a finger under the bed!

The staff was nice. Once they took care of the group of people before us, they greeted us immediately and gave us our room within minutes. For us, we were glad we didn't stay close to Broadway. The walking distance to Broadway was right for us. Not too far and not too close.. Breakfast was good! We didn't park in the hotel underground parking. We found parking next to the hotel to be cheaper. It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

A number of homeless people just hanging out next to the hotel. But it's not the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, there is no current solution to this age old societal issue. So they stay where they can.

Breakfast provided a great variety of choices. Lenroy was exceptional at the desk and providing service during breakfast hours. Would like to see more variety of teas outside of black teas. Ginger, Peppermint,etc would be great! Makeup washcloth was a great idea as well. Towels were bright in color (stain free) which was much appreciated! Loved the convenience of being able to walk to a high percentage of attractions, shopping, eating, and sight seeing!

Black tea was the only choice of teas and hallway was exceptionally warm.

Great value for money. Property is new and clean, staff is very friendly and willing to help. Breakfast quality is worth highlighting - great variety of hot food, fresh fruits (including fruit salad) among others. Location is also very good and the play are in the lobby is cool and helps having a great time with family and friends.

Air conditioner is extremely loud (sound of wind blowing). We were traveling with family and the 3 rooms occupied by us had the same issue. Room temperature also varies a lot and is not maintained at the temperature set at the thermostat. Parking could be cheaper - almost 50 dollars per night considering tax seems a little bit too much.

I liked to location of the hotel and the security of closed parking. I appreciated being able to leave my car until after class without paying extra.

I really think a microwave in each room would be better. I also feel the breakfast choices on weekdays was limited. Sat had much more. I dont like having to pay tax on each day of parking when it could have been calculated once and saved me money. I also feel 39 a day is high when you are already paying to stay at that hotel

The Breakfast every day was AMAZING! I think it was the BEST Free breakfast I've had anywhere! Rooms were clean and the Staff were Friendly...I like that they left Water, coffee, tea and fruit in the Lobby for whenever you wanted some.

Had an issue with my Credit Card- they tried to accommodate for Me...they wouldn't charge it when we arrived and dropped off our suitcases- that was annoying bc I think the problem would not have occurred if they did. Made the beginning of our Stay in Nashville Very Stressful.

I felt the parking was very secure and conveinent being under the building. I also like the fact that I could leave my truck there after I checked out so we could get some lunch and enjoy Nashville a little longer.

I wish I could have made the air conditioning a little bit cooler. I set it on 68 but would find it would seem to bump itself up to 70. When it turned off in the night it would wake me up, but overall we stayed cool enough.

It was decent place for a stay. Comfortable beds and rooms were clean.

Didn't like entrance to parking garage. Needs more details given for parking/paying for parking. Paid for one day of parking only to realize I probably didn't have to, but was unaware.
