The condo is exactly as advertised. The bed, bedding, and pillows were scrumptious. The Saunders people were lovely and responded immediately.

you really need to be prepared for no parking. We were fortunate enough to find parking on the street for a few days which was awesome and it was free. The parking in Nashville is a nightmare, and it’s very easy to get scammed – as we did - via one of those apps, that doesn’t quite tell you enough information so then the next thing you know you’ve got a boot on your tire and you’ve got to pay 75 bucks to be able to move your car.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable with provision of a kettle, coffee machine, and large fridge freezer with filtered water. The photographs were a reasonable representation of the accommodation. On the outskirts of the city centre within comfortable walking distance of Broadway 10/15 mins with nearer bars and eateries. The Goat is within the building and offers a nice atmosphere and a decent range of food. The laundry room of the bathroom is perfect if you don't want to travel home with dirty clothes. The property felt secure.

Although clean, there are significant signs of wear. Our sofa had a horrible cover over it and visible rips on the armrest. This didn't bother us too much but clearly have to mark down the facilities. I wasn't expecting much in relation to other facilities outside the apartment and there was nothing else, no seating area in a lobby, no outside communal terrace. Just the corridors and entrance. This is a residential property with some apartments set aside for holiday rentals.

It’s not that I did not liked but having detergent/sponge, filter for making coffee in the kitchen and soap/softener for washing clothes it would be so nice. I know these facilities are not described in the ad, just saying, but I think it would be really cool to have these things for guests who stay for a few days so we don't have to buy these materials in large quantities and end up wasting them because there's nothing to do with everything whatever is left. It didn't take anything away from my great experience. I highly recommend it! Thank you!

The apartment had everything we needed to cook and hang out and was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the kitchen came with plenty of plates, pots and pans. Also wifi was good (I was getting around 100-150mbps). The location was very good, a short walk to a convenience store (DGX) and Broadway/Johnny Cash Museum/Country Music Hall of Fame. Also pretty easy to get to the Gulch or elsewhere. We ended up staying a whole day in the apartment because of the weather and we felt right at home! We even had our friends drop in for an evening and they were impressed at how comfortable and well furnished it was. Spare items (toilet paper, kitchen refills, etc.) were available in a room on the same floor as well on a help yourself basis. Also, very convenient to have a cafe/bar/restaurant in the building (The Goat) that is open almost all hours.

Honestly very little to dislike - the appliances were a little bit basic but that is to be expected. We were not driving so did not care about parking - there is a parking garage in the building, but I think it is not open to Sonder residents. There looks to be decent on street parking around.

it was an amazing place to stay while I was on holiday with my auntie. I will happily stay here again when I next visit Nashville! the room was perfect and everything that we needed was available to us after so long travelling.

the only thing that would make the stay better would be if there was access to air conditioning in the rooms as it was very hot. it would also be beneficial if there was a vending machine or something available for when you arrive or for drinks etc.

Gorgeous apartment that was lovely and clean with great facilities. The space was loads bigger than we expected. About 20 minute walk to Broadway and cheap to get a Lyft back. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again on our next visit.

The only thing I would suggest is a full length mirror in the closet area. There was only a small mirror by the door and then one in the bathroom which was a great size but no good if someone is in the bathroom already.

Very spacious for a couple, had everything we needed for the week of our stay. Very close to Broadway (approx 10 min walk or 3 min scooter ride).

We struggled to gain access to the property at the beginning of the trip with the digital keypad. We were sent thorough instructions how to gain access but it didn’t tell us how to turn the digital keypad on. It was our first time using something like this but once we figured it out it was extremely easy to use.

Good overall stay ... liked the fact it was an apartment for food prep and able to wash clothes.

1. Apartment was clean except for the shower head. it was caked in mold and mildew. We bought some bleach and cleaned it ourselves. The shower had no soap trays or anywhere to put toiletries for showering, if staying for more than one night this could be a pain, especially for the ladies. I took pics of the mold - but I am not going to upload. Just need to have cleaning staff aware of issue. 2. The bed was very low (but we are older - late 50s) and a pain to get off of, in fact all of the seating was to low for our use, except for the bar stools. The mattress wasn't great, but usable.

Although there is not a lot in the immediate surroundings, I found the location very practical to visit all the different areas in town (5-10 min walks to Broadway, 25 to the music row and a 5 min drive to east Nashville). The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. We encountered some issues and informed the team about it, and they replied and solved the problems extremely fast. Communication was fast, and efficient.

1) Cleaning must be improved. 2) when booking I didn’t notice that none of the bedrooms have windows in them. To me this is very weird, and I wouldn’t have booked this if I had noticed. It’s my fault, but just be aware of that. 3) the check-in and check-out process is per se quite simple, but can easily turn into very complicated if you travel from abroad and don’t have any data on your phone/tablet/computer (like me). You need to have internet in order to read all the instructions. You will be sent a link with all the check-in and access instructions via email… so with no internet you cannot open the link. It would be easier to take one step away and just send the instructions directly per email, skipping the link, so that they would be available also when offline.

Location. Comfort of bed and extra pillows.

Residents parking in ours and other reserved Sonder spots. No available street or garage parking due to Pro Hockey game. Advised to leave our Turo in the alley overnight. Wasted 45 minutes of my BIRTHDAY trying to find a place to park even though we had a PAID spot. No follow up from local Sonder employee or apology. Road noise very loud for us suburban folk. No radio, TV or white noise machine provided for upstairs bedroom. Ear plugs were provided on the LR coffee table downstairs but no warning that you will need these to sleep! Deep soaking tub/shower in full bath is a plus but that results in a very high/long step down with no grab bar. No hand towel or even a place to hang one in powder room.
