The staff manning all things food and beverage were outstanding. The pool was beautiful, and the outdoor bar. Enjoyed our time on the rooftop.

Management insisted I booked a room for two, despite me providing confirmation on my app and email. They proceeded to inform me only two of our group of four would have breakfast included, based upon my reservation. I again showed my confirmation. They then pushed the blame to Booking.com, which is false. At what point in this interaction is the guest made whole?

Location was good. Restaurant was amazing.

Rooms were plain and clinical looking. They didn’t feel warm or inviting in any way. Modern can be done with style. The set up of the hotel was less than desirable and one of the elevators was out for the 4+ days we stayed, which meant long wait times.

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway, Bridgestone arena and other attractions.

Roof bar closed too early. Asked for additional tea that never arrived. Asked for room cleaning on day 4 that never arrived. Auto Door to street only opened to go out not in. Had to walk around building to get in. Pool area closed for the entire stay breakfast is added cost horrible water pressure in the shower

The view, the location, the comfy beds and pillows, the hotel itself was gorgeous

The overnight valet was a little expensive but we already planned on paying for parking so that’s ok. That wouldn’t be a reason to not go back. I do recommend putting a microwave in the room but that’s it.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were awesome. The lobby was very large and easy to hang out in. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

The couch lost its function because it needed to used to hold suitcases which left the room with only one chair.

there appears to be only 2 elevators in the lobby. one was out of service. the first day a lot of time was spent waiting on the elevator. on the second day we found out that a bank of elevators shared with the sister hotels is right behind. it would have been nice if the front desk could have told us when we checked in. After that, things were much better.

We had to pay an extra $15 per person to eat breakfast at the adjoining hotel. I would have booked there if I’d known. However, we ended up eating later in the day at other restaurants.

I thought that a continental breakfast should have been part of our room fee. Also, the cleanliness of the exterior hotel property should be pressure washed at LEAST twice a week. We really didn’t like walking past vomit and trash every day. But maybe that’s a “city ordinance” that needs to be looked into. We’ve been all over from Denver to New Orleans and Nashville was by far one of the dirtiest. We were a little shocked and disappointed really.

I was very grateful we were able to get into our room early. We arrived at 1 and our room was ready. Both my husband and I were very happy about that. At one point during our stay a very strong cigarette smell permeated our room even though we don’t smoke and had requested non smoking room at check in. We reported it to the front desk and they brought in a room purifier which took care of the problem. We were grateful for their prompt attention on this matter.

The hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping. We travel a lot and this is the first time in over a year we have encountered this at a hotel we have stayed at. There is no way this is a COVID precaution because honestly just look around at what’s going on the entire downtown Nashville area. Wild! I think it’s staffing issues and they should sort them out or offer discounted rooms. We paid more money for our room than what was being charged at the Omni across the street (I checked). It would have been good if they had offered us an upgrade for what we were paying - they didn’t.

Very clean and convenient! Alisha at valet was amazingggg. Trai at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helped us with everything we needed even though we arrrived late at night. Had the best times of our lives and we will be back!

Would be of loved room service’s. A microwave in my room and maybe more options downstairs in the little mini market place but I do realize we are in Nashville and for most peeps hanging in the hotel is not their main agenda.
