Close to our venue, inside was updated and secure parking

Sad to see the homeless man first thing on arrival, surrounding buildings look kinda sketchy and rundown . Also, there was a guy at the bar heckling the musician nonstop and it was annoying and uncomfortable at times. We were trying to enjoy a meal before heading to our event but cut it short because of this particular guy. You would think staff or manager would step in and say something. The artist was great and he stayed respectful even though it was clearly annoying him and everyone.

The location is very convenient to get to Broadway. 10-15 minutes easy walk. Beakfast is good. There is convenient parking at the hotel, which costs $35 plus tax,

Front desk told us that there is no free coffee in the lobby. In fact there was. Strange...

The location is excellent for Broadway and most of downtown. Very safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great and well organised. The pool is lovely to use. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful.

We found the air conditioning a little noisy but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Nashville. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — cutlery, plates, glassware, a coffee maker, and even a dishwasher, which made things really convenient. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and the pull-out couch in the living room area was a nice bonus. The suite also had a large bathroom and a spacious closet, which made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. The location was also a big plus — just on the edge of all the downtown action. It was within walking distance to Broadway, but far enough away to avoid the late-night noise and crowds. Another highlight was the hot breakfast offered every morning. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. Overall, this was a great find and we’d definitely stay here again!

The location is great. Breakfast was good but could have done with a little more variety as we were there for a week. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you if you asked for something. Bar, food and drink available from the shop.

The pictures of the room were a little deceiving, small than imagined. It is great for a family room, but it is not ideal for 4 females. Tea and coffee sometimes ran out, could have d9ne with hot water all day by the breakfast room. Pastries snd fruit ran out a couple of times too and there wasn't anyone around to ask for more.

The room was modern, spacious, and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was great to see that we had the option of a stovetop and even a dishwasher! And huge perk - no noise! Considering how crazy Nashville can get, I was relieved to have a soundproof room and never heard a peep. Pillows were also pretty comfortable. Breakfast was fine, had all the basic essentials and plenty to choose from. The coffee wasn't great, but I live in Europe and am used to much stronger and different style of coffee.

There was no coffee for sale at the bar downstairs, which would have been nice to have before a long night out. But across the street, you can get good coffee at a place called The Cafe at Rocketown (which is also a recording studio, event venue, and skatepark).

I loved it was close to to broadway so we didn’t have far to walk or didn’t have to pay to park downtown it was a great place super clean and you got free breakfast saved some money on food

So many homeless people hung out front everytime you went out somebody was bothering you and you don’t get room service 3 towels and wash cloths for 3 people for 3 days wasn’t doing it we shower everyday sometimes twice i had to take some off the cart cause we didn’t see the house keeper she was locked in another room cleaning

The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

We drove 5.5 hours to attend a concert at Nissan Stadium. Check In was supposed to be at 4 and we showed up at 4:30. We were in a huge rush to get checked in and the guy at the front desk just said, “um… it looks like your room isn’t ready just yet.” When I tried to just check in and get the keys later I was told that I would have to wait 10-20 minutes because I would need a key to enter the building after 10pm.(thankfully we made it!) Also I was told that parking would be $45, but it was $50 when I showed up.

Only one bed made in our room when requesting housekeeping. Coffee not restocked. Not sure why rooms have powder creamer when there is half and half and individual cartons of milk downstairs. Also one teabag for a room that sleeps 4? Plus no kettle to make tea? The barman, we decided a few times not to use the bar and get marketplace drinks as he was working. He couldn’t make me a drink I ordered off the menu. Food served in polystyrene container. No bacon at breakfast. The lobby toilets were so dirty I had to walk round to the pool. 3 elevators - all have different buttons, all have different markings, very odd. They should be consistent. And say lobby/reception in each at the very least.
