The hotel was in the perfect location. Close to the Gulch, Broadway and Bridgestone. We walked everywhere most of the weekend. It's also very clean and new. The views from the 23rd floor were great.

Our shower was broken. The 'rain' shower head worked, but the second shower head that had more water pressure had a broken valve. It wasn't a big deal since one of them worked. The rooftop bar had the worst service. We left the first night after 25 minutes of being completely ignored. The hostess acted like anyone coming in was a complete bother. Also, they were slow to clear tables, which made the atmosphere kind of grose. We tried it again another night and had a very similar experience. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful venue, but not worth the price for the experience.

Beds and pillows were comfortable

Front desk staff. Check in staff member Shiv was unfriendly and gave us incorrect information about our room upgrade.

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming to my two Rottweiler; even providing dog beds and water/food bowls. The drinks and food were absolutely delicious. Located only a few a blocks from the main strip of Nashville, this hotel has the perfect location, walkable. No need to worry about drivers or anything.

I wish the rooftop pool was heated and available at least as soon as March.

Great location, comfortable and clean spacious room with great views. Lovely staff—-we dropped our phone coming home late and someone had turned it in to the front desk and they tracked it down.

Could have used a mini fridge at min in the room. Plenty of space for it. The roof top pool area was very small. The pool is almost hot tub size (not exaggerating) & there aren’t any real lounge chairs there. They are really pushing the private cabanas but again why pay $500 for one of those when the pool is bathtub size? Limited breakfast menu options

Everyone was real nice, and the beds were super super comfortable! View was great!

The only thing I would say that I was not very happy about is that my card was charged close to $900 for incidentals… It’s been 24 hours and the charge has been reversed now, but to have that much money charged during our stay was not acceptable. I can understand a couple of hundred dollars. … but not that large amount.

The rooms were lovely, very clean, comfortable bedding, good location, great views, All staff were very friendly and couldn’t have been more polite

no parking but knew that when we booked, also the pool and roof top bar was shut for a private function when we were there on the only sunny day we had so couldn’t use the pool which was very disappointing, also the room was for 4 of us and we had to ring reception everyday for enough towels as were only ever left enough for 3 people every day.

The Westin was a luxurious quiet escape from the high energy of downtown Nashville but walking distance or a short Uber ride. The restaurant inside was perfect for coffees, breakfast, lunch and the bar was nice for cocktails as well the roof deck bar! The high rooms with heavenly beds were fabulous!

Hmmm …. Liked that the JW was next door as well with Bourbon Steakhouse. It would have been nice if the sauna was a part of the fitness center rather than in the spa.

I'm glad I am a Mariott Bonvoy member, as I would not liked to pay for wifi. I also don't like that there isn't a frige or microwave. If going out to eat and have leftovers, there is nowhere to store and reheat. I guess you do this to deter eating in the room. It's a big inconvenience.

This hotel will not disappoint!! Beautiful hotel the room, location, spa, rooftop pool, and bar. Staff all were wonderful and helpful as well. You will enjoy this hotel!!

Breakfast room service was expensive no more than most places but still high. I would love to see hotels do a reasonably priced breakfast in room service for those of us that take a while to get ready.

The decor and appearance of the property .

The surcharges and the forced valet parking. After getting charged $65 a day for valet the valet guys have the audacity to request tips. There is no other parking option as break ins occur in the lot next door. The $30 hospitality fee is another joke.
