Location is great, condo amenities are excellent, great rooftop patio, many restaurants and stores nearby, walking distance to Broadway, Midtown, Music Row and Bridgestone arena. The building was undergoing an exterior renovation, didn’t know until arriving that the balcony had been removed and workers would literally be outside the bedroom window. The interior of the condo has a good layout for 4 people, beds need to be replaced, they are doubles, not queen size. The primary bedroom mattress has a dip in the middle and bed frame is quite squeaky. Ensuite needs some attention, the shower has a product applied over the tile floor which is peeling and flaking off, tiles have some mould.

The property is in a safe location. The Third Floor, where Locale apartments are, was quiet. In spite of the construction around the property, I was not affected by any construction noises at all. My apartment was clean when I arrived, and I kept it clean during my stay. My apartment has an “almost” floor-to-ceiling windows, and my view was a Garden. There were: TV, Stove Tops/Oven, Toaster, Water Boiler, Coffee Maker (all of which I didn’t use); Full-Size Freezer/Refrigerator; Full-Size Microwave; Dishwasher; Washing Machine/Dryer; Items Needed For Cooking & Preparing Foods (I didn’t use); Dishes, Knives, Forks, Spoons, Glasses, Cups, etc.

There are no supermarket or grocery store nearby so if you don’t drive (I don’t), take Uber or Taxi to buy your groceries (I ordered my foods/drinks from Uber Eats). The Windows can not be opened. There was no Dining Set so I used the Living Room Table as my Dining Table; for this reason, Placemats should be provided to protect the Living Room Table. I didn’t use the TV because it only has Netflix, Prime, and Hulu, I think, and I have no subscription to any of them. Unless you are tall enough, reaching the buttons of the Clothes Dryer is difficult, but I was provided with a Step Stool so I was able to wash my clothes. The Forks and Spoons should be replaced with better ones. There were no Hair Conditioners and Soap Bars so if you use them (I do), bring yours.

Modern apartment buildings in a good location. Comfortable bed and good shower. Spacious.

The app based access is unnecessary and overcomplicated. Using AI and bots is fine to a point but removes certain aspects of customer care. There are too many different apps, emails and texts to contend with (booking.com, locale, open key app, bounce luggage). Customer experience is about simplification. Non-US folks won’t want to use prohibitively expensive data roaming just to access accommodation. The lack of luggage storage and inflexible 4pm check-in time would prevent me from booking again. I don’t want to walk 20mins and back with my luggage for a three hour period after check-out. The floors were dirty when I checked in. Walls scuffed and paint peeling on shower tiles. No grocery store nearby to purchase essentials. Pub nearby can be noisy.

We were invited in with warm greetings and the gentleman explained the process clearly. The staff were all friendly and the facility was wonderful. We really appreciated the location though. Above and beyond. Quite easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Thanks Locale, great stay for us!!!

The room was lovely!! Clean, comfortable and a decent view. The main bed was comfortable, but the second bed was not so much. I would say the shower floor needs some help. Maybe a good scrub...maybe a little maintenance. Oh, and the dryer sounded like a freight train, lmao:}

Location was ideal, right in the middle of the Gulch where you had access to bars, breakfast and healthy food places.

It wasn't great that workmen were walking up and down the scaffold directly outside the window as it meant the curtains had to be shut all through the day for privacy. The internet / Wi-Fi was not very good, it kept cutting out so had to create a hotspot on my mobile quite often as it was disrupting on work calls etc. The only place to pickup some shopping essentials e.g. Bread, milk, water etc was a Health shop around the corner, any other supermarkets for this were apparently about 1 mile away so stock up if you are there longer than a few days and don't want to eat out all the time. On a bright note, there was a free machine downstairs for coffee. tea & hot chocolate etc so that helped.

Make sure you read check instructions prior to arrival!! We are from Australia and don’t have our phone numbers working so that was a big problem with checking in as you need to receive a text message. There is no reception nor key anywhere so if you don’t have internet or a sim that works you’re stuffed. Apartment was clean but shower is old. Very thin walls. Everything else was great and very spacious. Fair walk to broadway

Check in - very difficult for international travellers that may not have wifi/data/a working SIM card/ phone number. No way to call or talk to reception

The apartment was nice and spacious and clean. It had cooking and washing facilities. It was a great location walking distance to downtown and entertainment.

We had trouble checking in as we didn't have internet and UK phone number so we could not download the app to check in. But after over a hour of going back and forward after we arrived they gave me access to the keybox to get the card to get in manually. It would have been a lot easier if they had told me that when I called them in the morning but they will not release any information until check in time at 4pm.

Location was great, amenities were also good such as the tea and coffee downstairs and rec room for meetings we needed. Double doors to the bathroom was good for privacy since it’s a jack and Jill bathroom. and double sink was nice surprise.

Dryer seemed to have some issues actually drying clothes, and the front door would keep opening and closing slightly every time there was a different air pressure in the hallway that kept the person sleeping next to it awake. It sounded like someone was opening the door. There was no conditioner just soap and body wash. The one bedroom had open space above it into the living room so there was no sound barrier for it since it wasn’t completely enclosed.

It was nice & convenient. Not as comfy as the previous one I had round the corner on division. I loved the chill out lounge downstairs.

I got woken up on a weekend night - the night before I was running my first half marathon - that was inconvenient. Parking was super confusing. I was so jet lagged when I arrived so my brain was mush & I got double charged with the building parking but it was convenient to have on site so very grateful. I just had issues with a European sim, no internet. I would prefer check in online to be done well in advance - before I depart because not having WiFi & no access was a little stressful. Your contact was incredible though so thank you. & the drop box was golden!!!!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Nashville. It's a 20 minute walk from Broadway. The apartment is spacious and comfortable- especially the beds!! The kitchen was useful as it meant we didn't always need to eat out. The shower was lovely, and very nice products were also provided. The Gulch is a great area to stay in, lots of the recommended brunch spots are nearby. The self check in was easy due to the clear instructions provided.
